Torture has been around since mankind existed and has been practiced by those wishing to control a population. It has sadly undergone a resurgence, post 9/11 causing America to lose much of it's luster in the eyes of the world.

America once outed those who brazenly practiced torture of it's peoples. Times have changed and now our leaders claim a special "right" to use it at will on anyone, anywhere.
