Intervention vs. Non-intervention

A grassroots discussion on the focus of our foreign policy is long overdue. It's now been a century of intervention, a half century of preemptive intervention, and we must measure the success or failure of this approach while determining if the alternative of non-intervention is to be used to replace our interaction with our global community!
