In his speech to mark the signing of the stimulus bill President Barrack Obama clearly established it as the beginning of the end while citizens stood cheering the declaration. When measured against the goals of our beginning, a more perfect union, he is being quite honest in his assessment.

They Are Just Saying No, Just Another Blatant Lie!

You cannot turn on the news or read an article about the stimulus bill without hearing the rhetoric by so many Democrats. They claim the Republicans were invited to participate and Republicans instead choose to just say no and prefer doing nothing at all. This is either skewed marketing or it is just a blatant lie.

Obama Claims This is Your Democracy, Really?

In a recorded video for his grassroots members hosting economic stimulus plan house parties President Obama claimed “This is your democracy.” Is this the promise of the Declaration of Independence? Was this the goal of the different members of the Constitution Convention, the more perfect union they envisioned for their future generations?
Are States Sovereign in America?

There have been many articles the last two weeks concerning the moves of several states to introduce legislation claiming certain rights under the 10th Amendment. When these articles are posted or socially bookmarked discussions seem to rise as to whether states are sovereign or not, in many people's stated views they are not.
