From The Trenches
by Paul M. Green (libertarian)
About The Author
Active duty Navy man here. I live in Southern Maryland, and I'm 37 years old. I became very interested in political activism back during the presidential primaries. I supported, and voted for Ron Paul. My byline has me as libertarian. However, I am a Conservative Libertarian in that I hold true the core values of the Republican Party, while also believing in strict adherance to the Constitution. I am NOT a neo-consevative, and believe the last eight years of the Bush administation to have been the worst in U.S. history. Because of the failure of George W. Bush, a man like Barack Obama was elected by a fearful, tired, and apathetic nation of virtual zombies. Optimism is one of my attributes, but I am dreading the next four years. The GOP must change it's course and get rid of the fake, pseudo-conservative, country clube elite, liberals in disguise who hold top posts in our wayward party. Unless the dead wood is removed, the ship is going to sink.
About The Column

Open Letter to Bush Apologists and Misguided Conservatives
Published: January 17, 2009
To members of the Pseudo-Conservative Republican Party (not to be confused with the true conservatives abandoned by their party over the last eight years), George Bush Apologists, and Presumably Conservative Talk Radio & Television Hosts, this letter is for you.
Thanks, Dubya. Buh-bye now.
Published: January 16, 2009
A thank you letter from a conservative libertarian to President Bush on the occasion of his exit from public service. And no, I did not watch his farewell address, nor will I ever.

Open Letter to Fox News Chief, John Moody: Whats Your Excuse Now?

I ask John Moody, the Fox News Chief, what his excuse is now for excluding Congressman Ron Paul from the debate in New Hampshire
The WorldNetDaily Anti-Ron Paul Machine
Published: December 27, 2007
Joseph Farah's latest article about Ron Paul isn't exactly a smear attempt, but it was poorly researched (if at all) and definately written for the sole purpose of discrediting Dr. Paul and his campaign's platform.
Ron Paul the Real Top Tier Candidate?
Published: December 12, 2007
Sure, the other candidates have websites, Myspace pages, and videos on Youtube, but none are anything like those of Ron Paul. I don't see people replacing their profile picture on Myspace with that of Huckabee, Romney, or even Rudy or McCain.
Wake Up Americans!
Published: December 10, 2007
I submit to you that this current administration, and the rich bankers, statists, and oilmen who own and operate it are enemies to our Constitution. They hate the true principles of our Constitution because it stand at odds with their hunger for power and money. They fear us, We the People, because should we rise up and hold them accountable to what the founding fathers so eloquently spelled out in theConstitution, all would be lost for them.
