citizenW, a  Wisconsin native who memorized the first third of the Declaration of Independence in eighth grade, and takes seriously the concepts and principles on which this country was founded, has been a disenfranchised denizen of DC and a civil (mostly) servant of the people of the several "states" for over three decades.
