About The Author
Bill Greene is a staunch conservative, in the mold of Senator Robert Taft. Founder of the college libertarian group at his graduate school and head of "North Carolina Students for Ron Paul" in 1988, he followed Dr. Paul back in to the GOP in the early 1990s, and has been a political activist "instigator" ever since. He currently heads his own political consulting firm, and teaches political science at the local state college.

What if we come up with a model bill, to be introduced by our friends in state legislatures, which uses this constitutional provision to criminalize the use of Federal Reserve Notes as payment to the state?
