At first glance, it is no surprise that the Presidential campaign of Barack Hussein Obama has attracted so much interest and support amongst Black America. Obama represents a strange phenomenon. He is being championed as a representative of the Black American Struggle. He has been presented as Martin Luther King's dream come true. After years of hopeful desperation, Obama is being presented as the culmination of the struggle.
