DAMNOCRACY - Government From Hell
by Wendall Dennis (Libertarian)
About The Author
Though born and raised Texan, Wendall, and Leota, his lovely, and loving wife and bride of very nearly fifty years, now call the Lewis -- Clark valley of Idaho home.
In the late nineteen forties, "pulling bolls" in Mr. Rays cotton patch, in Lubbock County Texas, he earned and saved the $43.00 required to purchase a new bicycle. (that's 4300 pounds of cotton at $1.00 per hundred)
An apprentice carpenter in high school, he has since served, as an infantryman; a commissioned police officer; roofing contractor; boat mechanic, and in retail management. Upon his acceptance as an airplane mechanic trainee with Boeing, in 1966, he and his family said good by Lubbock-- hello Seattle.
Having chosen to provide for his family, with the sweat of his brow, he acquired his education, and, as noted, gained his experience, toward the fulfillment of these obligations.
In his early seventies; having spent 55 years in the work force, and sick and tired of being mushroomed by our "public servants," you know, kept in the dark; fed shit; and then dubbed "the silent majority," he decided to be stand up and be counted.
Lacking a college education, therefore, not to be mistaken as a "professionals," until recently, the possibilities of getting a book published, when written from the his perspective, was zilch. You know: "Just get in, Sit down. Hang on, and Shut up. We’ll tell you what to think, and when the time is right, for whom to vote.
He also observed that those with educations in professions other than the law: engineering, teaching, and even medicine, etc. faired no better.
Despite degrees testifying to many years dedicated to the acquisition of knowledge, they too are assumed incapable of understanding a government supposedly created, and allegedly operating in accordance with a constitution written by people with far less education.
Can an uneducated man really learn to think? You Decide!

The “Law” And The Constitution--Remember This:
Sixteenth American Jurisprudence, Second Edition, Section 177.
" The general misconceptions is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land.
Contrarily: The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement.
It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail.
This is succinctly stated as follows: the general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose.
Since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it, an unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed.
Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statue not been enacted.
Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it.
A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law.
Indeed, insofar as a statue runs counter to the fundamental law of the land, it is superseded thereby. No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforcement it." Close Quote

“I don't like John McCain. I think he's a deluded old psychopath lost in some kind of neo-con, empire building dream, expanding government in all the wrong directions with no idea of how to manage anything. At best, the man is a war-hawk without restraint, and at worst, he's using his party to shield his liberalistic tendencies.” close quote.
