A great-grandmother now, I look back at an ordinary life as a blessing. I now enjoy the contented old age that I worked for and so richly earned. The secret, I think, is hard work, a happy attitude and some sort of meditation--be it in a half-lotus position, working in a garden, or with a fishing pole at the lake.
