Ted Williams

Victim Dictum
by Ted Williams (libertarian)

About The Author

Ted Williams lives in Northwestern Illinois. His turn-ons are freedom, the Constitution, free thinking, independence, self reliance, wooden boats, camping out, and historical mysteries.

His turn-offs are comatose media conglomerates, legislation or legislators for sale, electronic voting, diminished civil liberties, seditious and/or predatory banks and financial institutions, pre-emtive attacks, and people who are intellectually inflexible.

He is tremendously bothered by the course America is charting, but is still an optimist. He believes himself to be occasionally fallible, and will always strive to consider all sides of an issue. He will be applying intellectual "force" in his arguements, and hopes he is not arrested as a homegrown terrorist because of his positions. He will occasionally (but rarely) humbly admit error.

He is married and has a 9 year old son.

About The Column

In the matter of fairness, and for the inevitable dispensation of justice, it is ultimately the authoritative testimony, or dictim, of the unfortunate victim that fully conveys the horror of their experience, and thereby determines the  appropriate severity of retribution for any given offense. For that end, and the soon to arrive future day when our testimony is required for the study and attributions regarding the rapid decline and eventual re-establishment of America, that I herein deposit my humble account and opinion thereof.
