Romney will never get my vote...not this social conservatve!

The former governor of a blue state where Gay Marriage struck early, and where Obama Care was tested...no way!

I still long for former Governor Sarah Palin. No matter what happens in Iowa, or South Carolina, I still hope she will re-appear.

America needs a completely new start, one where the government is not the answer, but understood to be the problem.  Romney is a professional politician who is the east coast version of George Bush.. oh, that's right there was an east coast version.  Well, wouldn't surprise me if the three of them are a foursome on the golf course.  Maybe they play with President Obama!

I am writing this before Iowa's Caucus on January 3rd, but one man I will not support no matter, is Governor Mitt Romney.  I am a social Christian conservative and some are saying that Iowa is a litmus test for Romney with social conservatives.  I don't really buy that. He has a lot of money, and Iowa is not the Bible Belt.  That's down here in Dixie.

But Romney faults are many and from a wide arch of policy issues.  First, he is a Mormon, not a Christian. This nation is 80% Christian, and President Obama is denying our faith. So for me that is the number one litmus test.  But, when you get by that you have to remember that Mitt was elected in a blue state known for its union strength. So what did Mitt sell to the unions to get their votes?  Then there is the Massachusetts Health Care Act, the proto type for Obama Care.  Romney claims its different because Massachusetts is a state.  Wrong, government and taxes is government and taxes and doesn't really matter what level you are at.  Look at our government, what has it done well?  Is your Social Security safe?  Have the borders of this nation been secured?  Are we a dominant, respected, world power?  Our government does nothing well, including 17 trillion dollars in debt.  Romney is no conservative, he ain't even a moderate.

This social conservative will not be sold the argument of the "lesser of the two evils." That argument gave us two Bush's and McCain. That argument is as responsible for the federal Department of Education and the National Public Radio, and federal funds for the Arts, and huge foriegn subsidies, and on and on.  It was that kind of thinking that got a housing bubble and bailouts.

Simply put, we can't afford Romney.  We can't.  So if he's the choice opposite Obama I sit it out.  I will do it. I already have.  When Buchanan ran against Bush, I voted for Pat.  Hey the nation is burning, and Romney aint the Fire Department...so if its gonna burn, whether its Romney or Obama doesn't make a difference to me.

Iowa, don't let some slick talking Yankee wake you down the lane.  If you have decided yet, go with Michele, or Santorum, or Paul or Gingrich...but don't go for Romney or Perry.  You will regret it.
