7:00 AM: I turn on the news and all I get is weather. Boring.
8:00 AM: Protesters are starting to get up. Zuccotti Park still full with tired protesters.
9:00 AM: First NYC protests arise. While in the meantime people are chanting in Australia, Crowding the London Stock Exchange and protesting in Japan. In Japan the protesters were protesting about the Fukishima Nuclear Reactor. In the Philippines there are complaints about wanting American troops out. Protests continue throughout Europe and Asia.
11:00 AM: March from Liberty Square to Chase Bank starts. No Violence yet. On the West Coast protests are starting, but nothing big. There weren’t enough protests for the news to show them. While protests continue worldwide and start in Québec.
12:30 PM: Riots start in Rome. This, not surprisingly captured the attention of the media. Luckily, as of the posting of this article no deaths were reported
1:30 PM: Back in New York the protesters are crowding around Chase Banks Headquarters. Huge crowds of over 10,000 people gather in Madrid, Spain.
2:45 PM: Washington Square is packed. While in Madrid 20,000 people are protesting, Seville has the same number and Barcelona has a shocking 60,000 people.
3:00 PM: The march to Times Square begins earlier than expected. This did not get much attention until the protesters were there. The riots in Rome continue.
4:00 PM: Protests continue in front of St. Paul’s Cathedral in London. Riots stop in Rome but you still can’t get away from hearing about them.
5:00 PM: Protesters reach Times Square. Not in large numbers and they are blocked from the streets.
6:00 PM: Police block 46th Street and close down 7th avenue with it.
7:00 PM: About 20,000 people reach Times Square. The streets that are closed down become important spots for todays protesting. The Times Square protesting sustains till 9:30.
9:30 PM: Crowds start to march back to Washington Square although it closes at midnight.
10:00 PM: Protests are over for the day hopefully they continue worldwide until we end corporate greed.
