Did you hear about the big protest day of October 15? It has been all over the internet. What are the expectations for this day of protests? Will it solve anything? Or will it just be a huge mess?
On October 15th the protests will probably go to more places than Wall Street and Washington D.C. People will be protesting in every city you can think of. There’s a possibility that there will be some violence. But the protesters know violence just might squander the opportunity of accomplishing their goal. Since there is no formatted plans, except for every one go and protest the protests will be spread out and might be less effective than hoped.
I expect there should be some work strikes but few and far between. The media will over stress this. Since the media is part of the 1% whom prospers, they will try to discourage protesting. Luckily for the internet, the media doesn’t have the power to influence the public. I think on the internet there will be more protests than in all the U.S. cities combined. Since some people are too far from a city they’ll flood social networking web sites. If you go on the internet on October 15th you won’t miss the protests.
Some people don’t even pay attention to what they are saying. I’m sure there will be signs like “bring back America before the Fed”. Did these people hear about the economical crisis of 1907? That will be a big thing focused on by the media. There is a song called Shirat HaSticker. It’s translated as The Sticker Song. It’s about controversial Israeli bumper sticker that the band, HaDag Nachash sees. I’m sure that in the U.S. there will be so many controversial signs and internet posts that someone could write a whole book listing them.
Since there will be so many people protesting there might be a shortage of supplies. Hopefully there’s enough for the protestors. Disappointingly, I think there might be more people than supplies. Some strong conservatives (not neo-conservatives) think the protests are Anti-American. I totally disagree with this. Everyone wants the United States to progress. Otherwise why are you here? Those people definitely won’t send supplies. Even though protesters know this. There will still be a lot of people there.
I have heard this question over and over again; will the October 15th protests be successful? I certainly hope so. But it won’t be successful alone. It should be great progress Occupy Wall Street and for our nation. Once again, this protest might be added to the list of successful protests.
The big day of October 15th will have some historic significance. Hopefully it will tell the 1% that the other 99% needs to prosper to. Since the day of October 15th will be such a big event. On October 16th I will write and post a recap article that’s similar to journal entry. Putting the approximate time then the event. And a short summary of the details of that event. Thanks for reading. And remember the protesters need your help.

Sorry MS, you've missed the point of mass protests. Throughout history the only time they accomplish anything is when forces armed by the state take their side. These protests are a sham. They will give us a good count of the number of people who have time to squat in a mob but who do not have time to participate in the candidate grooming and vetting process to put limited government conservatives on the ballot at every level of government. As long as government is not limited, it is for sale. As long as it is for sale, it is corrupt. The kids in the streets are morons. They represent the worst and the dimmest of what America has to offer.
Nothing will come of these protests because the Army will not back them and they are not self-sustaining.
However, they are a harbinger of things to come as the 2nd US civil war heats up between the net tax payers and the net tax consumers. That's where the oppression lies, that's where the violence will start and that's where the USA will end. Wisconsin set the example for the coming civil war. Once the net tax consumers outnumber and out vote the net tax payers, those of us who work in the non-government, productive segment of our economy will be the new slave class; chained to the ever increasing spending of the net tax consumers.
