The left wing attempt to mirror the Tea Party once again proves the unreality of the left. by Mark Vogl

The very name of these groups, "Occupy Wall Street," "Occupy Atlanta" is militant, and demonstrates an anti-American, anti-capitalist approach to life. The left has occupied the White House and still has control of the Senate. But their agenda has brought economic stagnation, and the American people have been repulsed by a President who could so openly deny our nation’s Christian foundation, and force his will on the people in terms of Obama Care.
As a result the left is in free fall politically, and the more radical elements have emerged. They literally look like the Russian revolutionaries at the end of World War I moving through the Russian fermenting revolution. And worse, they sound like them
As to their numbers, insignificant. Where tens of thousands of independently motivated Americans show up for Tea Party events, hundreds show up for these orchestrated occupations.
Their point may not be to rally to the left for the coming election, but rather to help create a national image of turmoil and chaos so that the comments of the Democrat North Carolina governor about cancelling national elections has some credibility, some appeal in reality.
.
The leftists were soundly defeated in the 2010 election, and since they have not modified either their goals or policies it is a real possibility they will be pushed from the halls of governance back into the closet! A place they should never be allowed leave..
On the right, the neo conservatives need to be ejected as well.
America is no longer the leader of the Free World and we best should accept that reality. We are an independent sovereign nation with our own needs and priorities. Globalism has gutted US industry, and allowed the American marketplace to be raped by the international rich who have financed the development of cheap labor industry around the world and used the mantra of Free Trade to decimate US production of goods. Blue collar jobs have been virtually eliminated, in large part with the help of the unions. .The United States gets nothing from globalism except twenty million illegal immigrants who are not American, and who have not been assimilated into the American way of thinking. Many of the illegal immigrants believe in an equality of materialism, not an equality of opportunity. And still other illegal immigrants believe that the American southwest is "occupied Mexico."
Americans have lost trust in their government, not just Obama. Spending into the trillions and trillions of dollars of debt required both parties. Special interests rule nation's capital. The reality of limited resources has been temporarily covered by an American government who tells the American people we can solve any problem, world wide, don't worry about it. We have a credit card.
At present it seems chaos and confusion is the strategy of the left. And the right, articulated by radio talk show hosts seem to be in cohoots with the left as they constantly attempt to fuel US fear of terrorism and Armageddon in the Middle East. Sanity, and an American visiion founded in the original Constitution and the new world philosophy absent aristocracy and global aspirations is absent from much of what is said today by the Republican candidates.
A side aspect of present day America is a split news media. Each presents its own version of what is occurring and facts are blurred. The left actually believes one “set of facts,” the right another. And so there can be no common discussion.
This time is not unusual in American history. We have faced serious challenges before. And, the future will come. But for the people of America, its time to turn back to the foundations, Christianity, the Constitution, capitalism, common sense, the Bill of Rights, and begin to rebuild America for the twenty first century based on proven American values.

Now I know they're doing something right because they finally got your attention!
You want to talk numbers? When the Tea Party first started, their events were attended by DOZENS of concerned citizens in small one-day demonstrations throughout the country. The political Right liked what they had to say and thus gave them a lot more media coverage than they deserved. Their members consisted mostly of Reform Party refugees. After they were embraced by the extreme Right Wing of the Party, then their numbers started to grow. These days you can't tell the difference between a true Tea Party member and a Republican Christian ideologue, but I suppose that's the point.
Within three weeks the "Occupy Movement" has established cells in every major city and their numbers are growing fast. They're even attracting former Tea Party members who felt that their original message of fiscal conservatism was ursurpped by the ideologues on the Right.
We'll see which movement ends up stronger in the end.

Do you know what fascism is? You probably want to do a bit of research on the concept before you write another article based on convincing people "your" world is the "right" world.
The words of Barry Goldwater {who would be someone you admire if you were what you claim to be} when ask if communists had a right to speak on American campuses........"of course, they do!"
