Even those entities of seemingly benign nature are a trap and an assault against the sovereign human being. Do we have a post office or US Postal Service? What is the difference? How does it remove authority from you to the corporation and trick you into commerce?
Our language is used with much different meaning than those same words in legal ease. Words like resident, BAR attorneys, individuals, natural persons, persons, corporations, homeowners, homesteaders, officers, trusts, taxpayers, are all Federal or State statue names defined as fictional entities. This would also include 501(c)3 churches. These fictional entities are addressed by number, street name or PO Box. These terms do not apply to good and lawful men and women. You are not a fictional entity in commerce, but as soon as you accept free delivery at an address, you have voluntarily taken on the commercial name or persona addressed in the letter. Again this is done without full disclosure, therefore is fraudulent.
A mailbox and house numbers are for commercial purposes, rather than your location as lawful men and women. You may want to remove your mailbox and house numbers to protect yourself from unwittingly agreeing to conduct yourself in commerce. In 1863 the Military took over control of what used to be the Post Office. General delivery was the only form of delivery prior to that time. The United States Postal Service (USPS) is in effect a corporation under military rule that only services the fictional persona in the field of military occupation. However, common law post office still exists and general delivery has never been abolished. However, they arent advertising this to the general public as an option, so that you can voluntarily remove yourself from conducting in commerce with them.
You cannot be in common law and commercial statue law at the same time. General delivery to transients or sojourners has never been altered or changed sinceLincolns War. In common law you cannot be denied general delivery. You can and perhaps should consider calling for your mail rather than accepting commercial delivery at an address.
Everything you are currently doing in relationship to your mail is drawing you into commerce by implied contract. This implied contract also allows you to receive all your commercial mail such as your electric, gas, water bills, your tax statement or other statements of account. When you accept these deliveries puts you in contract to pay government debt or other debts.
You may find that you are told you can only use general delivery for thirty days and be quoted sections of their Manuel. However, those sections apply to customers, not transients or sojourners.
The evidence of a mailbox on a property or a PO Box prove military commercial residency as an enemy in the field. A doorbell is an invitation under military and statue law to break down the door if necessary within their own discretion, because it is presumed that the existence of such is to permit or allow anyone to enter for any reason once announcement has been made and without any further protocol necessary to gain entrance.
The benefit that was offered to the American people by the Post Office under Lincoln in 1863, and now by the United States Postal Service, is that post offices registered enemy aliens The united States Postal Service is an independent establishment of the executive branch of the United States Consequently, maintaining place of residence by receiving mail at an address automatically transmutes the receipt of the benefit into an asset of the occupying power.
The receipt of mail with a zip code is one of the requirements for theIRSto have jurisdiction to send you notices. The Internal Revenue Service has adopted ZIP code areas as Internal Revenue Districts.
The Postal Service is a private corporation, a quasi-government agency. It is no longer a full government agency. Its like the Federal Reserve System, theUnited Statesand the United States Marshall Service. They are all outside the restrictions of the Constitution, as private corporations.
The final thing to consider in this writing is that zip coded mailing address presumes to create federal jurisdiction, market venue or revenue district that override State boundries which removes users from constitutional protections and into international, commercial venue involving admiralty concerns of the United States, which is a commercial corporation domiciled in Washington, DC.
