Youve probably never heard of Edward Mandell House. However, all of us in America have been living in his dream for decades. He had a vision for our future and were living the consequences of it today. Its far from a dream for the American people. There was no resistance to the insidious raping of our freedom. It was all done for the good of the country, so no one protested.
In a private meeting with President Woodrow Wilson Edward Mandell House revealed his plans.
[Very} soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions.
Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given commercial value designed to make us profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud which we call Social Insurance. Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot againstAmerica.
Among the first acts of President Woodrow Wilson was to institute a graduating income tax and create the central bank called the Federal Reserve. An inheritance tax was also instituted. These tax laws were used to rationalize the need for legislation that allowed the establishment of tax-exempt foundations. Those foundations became the link between the private corporations (The United States) and the University system. They could then control the Universities by controlling their funding. The funding was sheltered from taxes being channeled in ways which would help achieve the goals of the Round Table Groups.
By this time theUnited States had already gone outside of the Constitution, created Washington,DC as a foreign state and our government now a foreign corporation (1871) operating on our soil. The Federal Reserve is now the central bank. (1913) Then in October of 1917 President Wilson signs the Trading with the Enemy Act. We the People are now the enemy of our corporate government. Only the people withinWashington,DCwere US citizensthe rest of us were still American citizens. Therefore, in Section 2, Subdivision (c) It states the enemy is: other than citizens of theUnited States. And goes on in Section 5(b) other than credits to be executed wholly within theUnited Statesthe boundries ofWashington,DC
In 1921 the Sheppart-Towner Maternity Act created the birth registration. (The bill of lading) It was sold to the American people as a law that would reduce maternal and infant mortality, protect the health of mothers and infants and for other purposes. The other purposes include, but are not limited to creating federal children. This government of Parents Patriae, now legislates for American children as if they are owned by the federal government. Through the public schools enrollment process and continuing vaccine and licensing requirements for most aspects of our daily life, our children are indoctrinated into these activities.
In 1933, President Roosevelt, who had served on Woodrows staff continued to advance the agenda. He made the Trading with Enemy Act to apply only to Federal Citizensthats you and me folks! We the People are the enemy of our foreign corporate government! Of course the corporation was bankrupt, so he took our Constitutional money from the people. Everyone with a few exceptions had to turn in all their gold, leaving the people with no legal money to pay personal debts.
On June 5, 1933 HJR 192 took effect. In simple terms it states that since the government had taken away our Constitutional means of paying debt we had no money, so the government would pay the debts for the people dollar for dollar essentially giving the people unlimited credit.
We lost even more in 1938 Erie Railroad vs. Tompkins when contracts are made the rule in our courts. And then in 1946 we lost our government and courts completely through the Administrative Procedures Act.
The final nail in the coffin for a dead America was in 1965, silver was taken away as a means of paying debt and the Uniform Commercial Code became the supreme law forAmericaconcerning the banking system. The courts were pulled together in Administrative/Admiralty and Civil (contract/commerce/corporation). The Act and Intent were brought together thereby taking away your right to plead Innocent. You had to prove there was NO INTENTthus, guilty until proven innocent.
