Are you Patrick Henry?

The entire future of our nation, how you live, whether you be free or dependent on government is at hand. Are you participating?

Today is the day, now is the time, are you the citizen - patriot?

God has once again shaped history so that many significant points come together.  The years 2010 - 2015 are the Sesquicentennial of the American Civil War, also known as the War for Southern Independence.  Coincidentally, our nation wrestles with its very identity, its very future.  The issues which divided the united States in 1860 are, (with the exception of slavery) at the forefront of our nation's debate today.

America is right now arguing whether the individual or the state is responsible for the quality of life.  Is it the state that should insure that all receive health care, housing, food, education?  Are we moving from the original political rights granted by the Creator, (God), to a nation where material wealth is also a right?  Are we becoming a Marxist nation where wealth is redistributed?  This is clearly where President Obama and the Democrats are headed.  Whether it be national health care, or endless list of government benefits in the areas of education, social services, child care, housing, etc...the Democrats endorse an all powerful government organized to standardize life.  God has been exempted from the process.  The President himself, from his own mouth, has denied we are a Christian nation.

In 2012, in reaction to the radical, socialist agenda, people rallied in the name of the Tea party, referring to a group of Americans who revolted against England because of taxation!  The Tea party heleed to reverse the 2010 election, and created a new (supposed) fiscally conservative majority in the House of Representatives.  And so the battle was engaged.

America's future rests in the balance.

So the question is; Are you participating?  Are you going to actually exercise your right as a citizen to participate in the decision which will set the course for this nation?  Make no mistake, how you live, how much money you have, what you control in your own personal life is what is at stake.  Something over 40% of all Americans receive form of economic benefit from the government.  Huge resource inventories in Alaska, the Gulf of Mexico, and the central northern part of the United States exist, but it is our government's policy to not develop these resources...and so gas prices continue to rise.  One out of every four working  age men are not employed.  The United States continues to spend more than they collect, and that's before the implementation of national health care!  Tens of millions of illegal immigrants receive education, health care, and social services.  Much of our jail and criminal justice costs are caused by illegal immigrant criminals.

So back to the question, are you participating?

Will you contribute financially? Will you signal interest in what is occurring in your nation?  Will you participate in the primary process?  Will you write articles, talk to your family and friends?  Will you do the homework necessary to know the essential facts behind each issue?

You have the opportunity to be a modern Patrick Henry.  You have the potential to alter the course, to set the foundation for the future.  Whether you support socialist policies, or traditional American values, you have a real opportunity to significantly shape America in the 21st Century.  So will you do it?  Will you manifest your values, your priorities, your ambitions, through the exercise of your political rights...the right of assembly, freedom of speech, and the right to vote!

The future is at stake. What will happen to you, your children, your grandchildren is being decided now!

You don’t have the right to claim stupidity. You don’t have the right to ignore the process and than blame everyone else for what happens.  The very existence of our nation is being threatened. The fight is here, not in Iraq, or Afghanistan.  The fight is right here in your neighborhood, in your community, in your state.  You cannot claim to be busy, to be working to hard, not to get involved.  This is the time, and you are the person!

Change America, do what you have not done before, organize people to participate in the American democratic process.  Save your nation...get off your butt, ...do what you have to do.  Pray and then do.
