Credibility of whole system in question as Democrats run from vote!

In Wisconsin Democrats use partlimentary rules to void the will of the people by just taking the ball and going home.

The credibility of American governance systems is being tested.

The November 2010 elections were massive. The Republicans didn't just win the House of Representatives. But they were swept into power in many states which had been blue forever.

In Wisconsin, a state in financial chaos, the Republicans under Governor Walker developed real solutions. One of them was to stop the bleeding. The Governor proposed legislation which would castrate the union in terms of not being able to negotiate for benefits.

Protestors from outside the state were bused into the state. Protestors have broken into the state senate chamber and disrupting the Senate business.

In Wisconsin a real political battle is shaping up. The Democrats and unions want their jobs saved, no matter that the state is broke. The Democrats and unions are for continuing to pay public employees more than private sector employees.

But the Republicans have the power. They can enact the changes needed to balance the budget. Right? Wrong. Because of a parlimentary rule which prohibits the Senate act if no Democrats are present, the Democratic Senators went on boycott. This isn't the first time this tactic has been used by Democrats. They tend to boycott government when they dont control it.

But in effect these Democrats are saying, if we can't control the outcome, than we will shut government down.

The system is cracking. Democrats are proving who they are...
