With every government, from local, through state, and federal over committed, can we really afford another level of government? by Mark Vogl

There are people openly talking about world taxes, and another level of government!
Think to yourself, have you ever seen a government voluntarily get smaller, voluntarily tax less, or voluntarily give up power?
There are so many reasons why we would be fools to accept global governance, or allow ourselves to be taxed by a global entity. First, how would it benefit us? What would we gain? Second, if the federal government has proven one thing from its inception, it has proven that the central government will grab more and more power from the local and state governments.
America and China, Brazil and Iran, what do we have in common? America has only 300 million, tens of millions of those illegals. China, India, Indonesia all have billions... so in a representative form of government they would have three to five times the amount of votes as the United States.
Globalism has been sold, and resold. And I am still not buying.
The old arguments about things being cheaper, or better made by one people over another, and therefore the need for trade to maximize economic productivity are all flawed. Things are cheaper because other countries have neither the rules nor the burdens of America. They dont make things better...instead, they make things alot cheaper. But, when we allow only price to rule our decisions, we put Americans, our sons and daughters out of work.
Well, if there was a global government, there would be less wars which means less defense spending! No way. What it does mean is that there would be alot more costs for maintaining the peace. And there would be a draft. Which Americans are going to join a global army?
Folks we are moving towards global governance unless you stand against it now.
Time to send a person to Washington, who remembers Washington. Disengagement and rebuilding America should be the priority. Our future should rest within our borders! Development of our own resources, a rededication to America's values and principles, and an investment in retaking America's market place. We need to close colleges and open factories.
