The recent uproar about the strip searches and intense pat downs at the airport once again demonstrate the continued victories of the terrorists.
Since September 11th America has been in a state of chaos and collapse.
To his credit President George Bush wanted to react. He created a brand new federal department, but then left America's southern border totally undefended. No problem, he picked two wars in the Middle East, and then rattled the saber at Iran. Like we need another war.
Meanwhile, the financial organization of this nation almost collapsed ..at least we are told by everyone (Wall Streeters and media) who should know that it almost did.
We do know our federal government is running record deficits, we doknow unemployment is above 9%. We do know that the government wants to take over the best health care system in the world. We do know that the government doesn't want to do it's job and guard the border and arrest and deport illegals..
We now know we have sufficient oil and gas resources here in America for 300 years...yep, you read that right. America has sufficient oil and gas resources for self- sustaining energy use for 300 years...but the government and the Greenies won't let us explore and develop these massive finds.
One in four working age men are unemployed! Yep, another stunner...1 in 4.
But these Americans won't do "that kind of work." Wrong, Americans won't do "that kind of work" for nothing...raise the wage, Americans will do any kind of work!
So whose winning? And why with all these unused resources is our nation sinking. And all those universities, all those college graduates, and all those PhD's.
Well, the American people are suffering. We have really brilliant leaders who went to Harvard and Yale.. and look around. Bureaucrats and CEO's with their offices wall papered by degrees and certificates. MBA's abound.
How bout we go back to American leaders like Milton S. Hershey. This man didn't finish 8th grade but he built the Hershey empire. Let's go to men like Nathan Bedford Forrest. A man who never went to school, enlistedin the Confederate Army as a private and rose to the rank of Lt. General because if military ability. He is now studied around the world for his military brilliance.
How bout we go to leaders like Harry Truman, the last President without a college degree, or Abraham Lincoln, a man who taught himself law. How bout we go back to common sense. How bout we go back to the American way, hard work, sweat, success, opportunity.
Let's stop electing the "smartest" people and start electing Americans.
America is not yet gutted. We still have enough of the original America left, if we grab onto it, change course 180 degrees and create a new America First political party.
The terrorists haven't defeated the American people, but they are whooping the heck of America's smart leaders!
