At 53 years of age, I can just barely remember the aftermath of World War II as being a second generation after it; the Nazi's, Japan, etc.--my step Grandfather served at the Battle of the Bulge--and died young due to PTSD--and all the things that I heard growing up as being a part of it, after it...
...but one thing that almost shocked me about it all, was the fact that Adolph Hitler did not take over Germany via a military coup--no, it was via a legislative coup (I think it was Glen Beck who had the balls to point this out to us on the national media!)...
...and so, as our individual, national sovereignty is being undermined and sold out in favor of a "global" form of governance--I am often reminded of this...
...so it comes along that our former (Republican/conservative), Senator John McCain, pick of a Presidential candidate has introduced legislation to define a new class of American citizen--the unprivileged enemy belligerant=the old ruse, "Spartacus and his legion of gladiators is marching upon Rome"=the threat of "terrorism" and what citizens will forfeit in the way of rights for the guarantee of their own personal well-being and "security"...
...what a ball of wax! This=legislation with the potential to deprive the native- born US citizen of his Constitutional rights simply because he does not agree with the status quo line of BS from the Fed/State (if you choose to "interpret" the "language" of the "legislation" that way)! ...(and it has to be giving the Statist=those who believe the "State" is Supreme--a real hard-on about now!)...
...it opens up that old wound--is a government able to both dispense and retract "privileges" (as would a monarchy) or does it instead guarantee and enforce those "certain inalienable rights" to the individaul as would our Republic according to its Constitution!?!--and especially according to the Law of Nature which is subserviant to Divine Law...
...this thing really bothers me--the legislation, ultimately, may not pass--but just the very thought that it was "legitimately" proposed is an insult and an afront to our nation and the Declaration, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights upon which it was founded...
...if we could learn from the lessons that history teaches, we would be able to conclude the fact of the fascist, globally totalitarian road that we are now already upon and which has already eroded our national sovereignty to the point of non-existence:

...it is indeed a sad day that such legislation is even legitimately proposed; and an even sadder day if it is enacted--I must stand by my original conviciton=vote all of the incumbents out this 2010 election just to clear the air and get a fresh start--and then just stand back to witness just how easily and quickly the newbee's are all subverted to globalist designs...
...I'm afraid that in the end I will become to be classified as an UEB (=unprivileged enemy belligerant) in addition to a SMOOG (=a socially maladjusted outlaw organic gardener)=check out the House's and Senate's attempt to push through the Food Safety and Dietary Supplements Act=control the food and you control the People...
