Jake Towne congratulates Callahan for identifying my independent campaign as a threat. by Jake Towne, the Champion of the Constitution

At the campaign's 8th "Towne Hall" event where citizens can ask questions and make comments, there was a new addition to the crowd. The Callahan campaign sent a member to videotape the two hour event.
Jake Towne stated, "I congratulate Callahan for identifying my independent campaign as a threat. People are tired of Democrats and Republicans alike spending our country into oblivion to the detriment of the people and the benefit of government-sponsored cartels like Wall Street bankers, health care insurance, and the military-industrial complex.
"A vote for me is a vote for liberty and prosperity, a vote for Callahan or Dent is a vote for continued tyranny and impoverishment. Callahan was selected by Biden and the White House. Dent is a Washington insider who has quietly watched and unwittingly helped the economic crash occur over for the past several years. Even if they had good intentions, dinosaurs went extinct for a reason. So it will be with Republocrat career politicians."
The Callahan campaign has held zero (0) events where members of the public can attend and ask questions of the candidate. There is scant information on his website besides powder-puff statements on jobs, health care, and public safety.
Towne has previously invited both Dent and Callahan to debate to no avail. As members of the public and future constituents, both Callahan and Dent are perfectly welcome to attend Towne Hall events themselves.
As the incumbent, Congressman Dent is infamous for announcing his town halls paid for by the taxpayer usually about 24 hours in advance. Towne's "Our Open Office" idea will include not just face-to-face "Towne" Halls and telecon updates, but "on-demand" town halls, an online bill submission service, and most importantly a way for each resident to state and have their opinion recorded publicly online.
Towne has promised true accountability by always reporting why he voted on bills, and allowing residents the ability to record their dissent publicly online.
Towne suggests that instead of incurring videographer expenses, that the Callahan campaign simply visits TowneForCongress.com, reads through the Issues page, and copy the platform and ideas themselves.
Towne is a chemical engineer who worked in the semiconductor industry prior to running for office as an independent private citizen, including the past 4 years in China. Towne has promised to accept only the median household income and not enlist in the congressional health care or pension plans. The remainder of the $174,000 salary will be donated to local non-profit hospitals. He also champions sound money.
