Mother Jones Loves War - Just Not Good at Hiding It.
I decided to share a letter to the magazine pointing out their vile hypocrisy when it comes to war. by Dan Steward

This in response to article in Mother Jones entitled:
War is ugly, it is murder. It is always murder because innocents die. On the videos circulating about youtube children get mowed down in cold blood along with their mothers.
It is all wrong...that is unless someone *you like* who is perhaps rather liberal or at least perceived that way, is commander of those murderous forces. You can't be serious about something so base and utterly evil. I really want to give you credit for having a conscience, yet you make it impossible for me to do so.
Democrat, Republican, or whatever, it's all so disgusting. I fail to even see a dime's worth of difference between the two. You are cheerleaders for men who murder children and you can still sleep soundly at night simply because the guy who calls the shots had a "D" in front of his name when you saw it on the ballot and cast your vote for him. If this or any similar video came to life during the tenure of the equally vile George Bush you'd have been screaming to high heaven for his arrest and who knows what else to happen to him. You don't even have an iota's grasp on the sick level of hypocrisy this article shows. I feel so sorry for you and everyone on your staff that would agree with it. Shame on all of you.
More proof of why there should be no state at all. No voluntary society ever bred murder. Ever heard of peace and trade with your fellow human beings?
Perhaps is it because some of them are more human to you than others. Could that be it? Could that be what has made you lose your mind and decency?
If i had any room for fear within myself after being filled with disgust for such an awful excuse for journalism. I'd be deathly afraid of you people.

Dan Steward
