Tired of fake politicians? Fake stimulus? Fake "change"?
Drop the charade. Get Real with Bill. Write in Billy Roper for Governor of Arkansas!
1. As governor, I would lobby the state legislature to pass a bill providing an exemption from federal regulations for weapons built, sold and kept within state borders.
Furthermore, I would want the law to state that "Any official, agent or employee of the United States government who enforces or attempts to enforce any act, order, law, statute, rule or regulation of the United States government upon a personal firearm, a firearm accessory or ammunition that is manufactured commercially or privately in Arkansas and that remains exclusively within the borders of Arkansas shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than two (2) years, a fine of not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), or both."
2. I would vehemently oppose the legalization of same-sex marriage, or giving recognized legal status to same-sex domestic partnerships. I would oppose same sex couples being allowed to legally adopt children, or serve as foster parents.
3. I would use the Arkansas State Police to train and assist municipal and county law enforcement agencies in locating, detaining, and preparing for deportation illegal immigrants.
4. I would urge the state attorney general's office to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any employer who knowingly hires an illegal immigrant.
5. I would ban the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai Brith from giving seminars or training to any Arkansas law enforcement personnel.
6. I would work to ban illegal immigrants AND the children of illegal immigrants from receiving any taxpayer funded benefits, including our taxpayer-funded educational system or social services or welfare benefits, regardless of their place of birth.
7. I would work to require that all beneficiaries of state social services and welfare benefits be subjected to a monthly drug screening test in order to qualify for continued assistance.
