Tyranny Has A Name - It's name is entangling alliances.

"It is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliance with any portion of the foreign world." - George Washington's Farewell Address
20th century US foreign policy can be best summarized by the phrase 'Endless War for Endless Peace'. In the last century, we provided financial and military support to nations and governments across the world (many of them corrupt or despotic) in the name of making our nation and the world safer by 'spreading democracy'. This has not worked and is showing no signs of improving our image or standing in the world today.
Our government's foreign adventurism, aided and abetted by a compliant central banking cartel has brought us to the cusp of national bankruptcy. Our once good name is despised by the very people we profess to be helping' across the globe. National taxation and expansion of the monetary base are out of control. Government cannot repeal the laws of economics in the name of 'world peace' any more than it can create prosperity without the need for production.
Current US foreign policy makes no sense. In the tradition of our constitution, contemporary foreign policy would be better served by closing the 700+ US foreign military bases in more than 120 countries around the world. I would advocate for an end to the practice of giving away billions of dollars to foreign governments in the name of 'humanitarian aid', which amounts to nothing more than bribing foreign powers to accept our role of world policeman, and propping up corrupt or failing regimes. Ending our associations with the UN - possibly the most corrupt body on the Earth - likewise with NATO, the IMF, and all other foreign interventionist associations, whose dictates and resolutions threaten our sovereignty as a nation, would further enhance our security as a nation and set an example for other nations to follow.
The largest proportion of our foreign policy should start and end at our borders. By reducing our foreign presence and bolstering our ability to control our own borders, we not only remove the main grievance and battle cry of those who would be our enemies, but we further deny those intent on doing us harm the ability to enter our country intent on attacking us on our own soil.

All I have to say is this is completly true. What we need to do is leave the UN, NATO, and all other organizations that force our hand with military forign policy. Plus they take millions of our tax dollars for all their worthles attemps to make peace in other ways. On the humanitarian aid piont, the U.S. Government is not a charity. The American people our the most charitable people in the world, plus we donate more money than the government ever would. So leaders in Washington stop trying to take care of the world.
