All rise! Truth's court is now in session; Will America please take the stand... America you are charged with committiing the most horrific crime against humanity in your forced enslavement of black people for the past 454 years. The record shows that even though servitude slavery lasted 379 years; the laws that governed black people in every state in your republic were so restrictive, there were no efforts made to restore to them their human rights they were robbed of by the founding fathers and every subsequent generation of caucasian people to this very hour.

It has been decided that this people (caucasians) are disagreeable to live with in peace without overt or covert actions designed to place themselves in the superior position over others. These actions of lies, trickery, and deceit has been the infectious disease that destroys the legitimate God-given rights of black people to pursue life, liberty and the pursuit of justice (happiness). The courts through a charade of unjust rulings have kept the old order well secured, whereas, the o'l negro slave is kept in his place as nothing more than that of a caretaker for a world of luxury and pleasure for others. With the greatest of lies to seal the deal; "heaven after you die".

Through a masterful system designed by a "Willie Lynch" , black people are still in need of some serious mental, and psychological reconstruction to remove the cancerous thinking that has been injected into the minds of america's  population of black people that numbers between 40-50 million. A plea of guilty has been entered in this case and every historical document whether printed or electronic that chronicles the past 600 years of the history of caucasian people and their interactions with others of the human family, is entered into evidence in support of these charges.

For the sake of clarity, these charges are not new, they are a culmination of charges that every generation of caucasian people have systematically dismissed as irrelavent to the present generation of caucasian people in this country. The truth of the matter is; that regardless to who initiated the crime those that have shared in the benefits of the crime, each share in the aggregate punishment due as a result of being  co-conspirators.

In the book; "From Brown America. The story of a New Race by Edwin R. Embree.,1931  The Viking Press. Henty Berry speaking in the Virginia House of Delegates in 1832, described the situation as it existed in many parts of the South at this time; "We have, as far as possible, closed every avenue by which light may enter their (the slaves) minds. If we could extinguish the capacity to see the light, our work would be complete: they would then be on a level with the beasts of the field and we should be safe. I am not certain that we would not do it, if we could find out the process and that on the plea of necessity."

Thomas Jefferson knew of the dangers of the wickedness being perpetrated by the aristocracy of his day and time ; "I hope we shall crush in its birth the aristocracy of our monied corporations which dare already to challenge our government to a trial by strength, and bid defiance to the laws of our country. He also stated; I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that his justice cannnot sleep forever.

Therefore, we will now here from N'COBRA of the reparations movement for black people in America. But before we do we would like to state as a matter of record that we do not believe that whites of this nation will ever  put in place the necessary ingredients for a "full and complete" freedom of their once black slaves. Therefore, on recommendations to this court, we are appealing to Truths Court were the Most Honorable "Son Of Man" presides.

We believe that only with a ruling from the Highest Court in the Universe can black people recieve a just judgement that has within it's judgement no injustice to any other peoples, whether in God or not.

Court is recessed until Pt.7 (Be the Will Of God)
