My Question About Health Care

The question I have is why there is an absence of the judicial members in this plan. If it is good for the goose, it's good for the gander.

I have read many articles about the new Health Care package and I am wondering why, if it is so good, the congress, senate and others who are claiming how good it is, are not part of the plan?

If there is so much to be gained by being a part of this wonderful, cure all plan, then why aren’t all of you jumping on the band wagon.  You should be at the front of the line to put your John Hancock on the dotted line to sign up for this cure all, fix all plan.

Maybe I am a bit out of touch with the world or maybe I don’t understand all that is going on but I do know if I am doing something and it’s so good that I want everyone to have part of it, my name is always at the top of the list.

Maybe I missed something along the line but it is my understanding that none of you, the ones who are writing this Health Care package are included in it at all.  Is that a true statement or not?  Are you in this with us or are you standing on the outside looking in?

May I say if it is so great and so good, why aren’t the President, the Vice President, and all the others in the judicial procedure on the dotted line and are going to be the first to take full advantage of this great and wonderful policy you are trying to get myself, and others to accept so readily?

Show us how great this program is.  Include all the legislatures in the program, and show you support this Health Care package by making all of Congress and the Senate. Cabinet members, federal judges, and ask our new President to show his support of all your doing by allowing himself to be added to that list, as part of the package. Then you might give others the idea it is good.  Oh yes, and make it non revocable, No bail outs, no escaping once it is in place, no quitting, nothing, no loop holes, and no gimmicks.  Just straight forward English, remember our native language, where I can read it and Joe down the street can read it and understand what you are doing.

But then that might be too much to ask, or is it?

Larry -

Welcome to the Chart and great question!!  I am afraid the truth is - which you seem to have realized - is that those in Congress don't really care, save the few like Dr. Paul who does not enroll in the elite plan.

Feel free to check out the ideas I've outlined here

This is a link to a PDF file of HR-3200, ‘‘America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009’’: [link edited for length]

This is the most readable version of it that I've found. It is 1017 pages long. You could print it if you want, but it will likely run your printer out of paper and ink. If you can read it and understand it please tell me what it means. In my opinion it was intentionally written in a confusing manner and made extremely long for the purpose of obfuscation.

Sharks don't write rules to sharks, they write rules to the fish.
