Though a significant number of those in attendance at the San Antonio Tea Party were well aware of the true nature of the Federal Reserve. There is little doubt that many of the folks were main stream conservatives who likely think that "Creatures of Jekyll Island" refers to a low budget horror movie. That made the speech titled "The War On Economic Freedom" a interesting opportunity to gauge the acceptance of what is still a somewhat tabooed subject. Had the speech started with a direct attack on the Federal Reserve it's likely the response would of been timid at best. Instead the audience was taken on a short journey that started with the media's role as propagandist in attacking capitalism then tied that into Government's control and management of the economy. Next it plunged into the rabbit hole with an explanation of the difference between capitalism and corporatism. Finally the greatest corporatist scam of all time the creation of the Federal Reserve was discussed.
Here's the link to a video of the speech. Included in the video are pictures of the crowd, and graphics to enhance the subject matter.
