Questions to the Answers We are Getting to the Wrong Questions It is time to wake up, recognize the bull and start taking responsibility!by Mister MandM

Capitalism is on life support. Destined to die! Our freedom is slipping away. There is no one now in power to defend it. They are all left, or right... and wrong! There is no courage. Where are the rugged individualists? Courage is irrelevant when individualism is dead. Is anyone responsible to defend our freedom and not allow what is happening? Could this happen if there were?
And what is really happening now in the world? The United States was the beacon. The shining light on the hill. There is no hill anymore. No topography, neither politically or morally. Every one is afraid... we all are angry.
What has happened to moral relevance? Where are our references? Who can we believe? Are there any answers being touted by our leaders that make sense? Do you sense sensibility slipping away? Why are we here? Where are we now in the world? Does it matter? Does anyone really know? Care?
Benjamin Franklin used to say "they who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." Is freedom relevant? Is freedom important? Are our elected representatives aware of this if it is?
Why do most believe that we are a democratic society? Are we? What is a republic? Is the United States Constitution relevant? The Bill of Rights significant? If not, should they be?
Why is capitalism relevant? What difference does it make? Is there a moral relevance to hard work being rewarded? Whether you get to keep the gain of that effort or not?
Is America slipping away? Our way of life? Who we are? Who cares about that? Oh I don't mean being able to express they do, or have answers that move the masses...but really cares.
Who are the masses? Do they care? Do they understand who they are? From where they came? Where they are going? Who is taking them there? Is this relevant to individual liberty?
So many questions. This is about questions. That's all there is anymore... only questions. Our economy is in a shambles and the world is more dangerous and vague than ever before. And we are afraid. Why? Do we want to be? Does anybody else want us to be? Are we afraid because there are no answers to our questions! Are there answers? Do we care?
How can anyone leading us have any answers if there are no relevant questions? There is no intellectual honesty, no meaningful reference from which to base any conclusion. That is where we are. Tired of wondering? Tired of listening to all of the promises; to a media that surrounds us with manufactured truth that we rely on for reference and logical conclusions to our questions? But with no concrete or truthful answers. No solutions other than to satisfy our ignorance and naitev and further a decided upon agenda. What have we become? What do we deserve?
If ignorance is the prerogative for who we are then what we deserve is painfully obvious. We are only sheep... pathetic excuses of ones who might control our own destiny! Individualists? No, only individuals led, apathetic to what we are being told but not really knowing; being led; blinded by blind faith with no interest in a reference based upon logic, history, morality or common sense. Blinded by the fact we are oppressed, uncomfortable and ignorant of the fact that this has been brought upon us... only by ourselves. Frozen by the fear of those that would exploit us through fear for our commitment to false promise. By efforts to control us and rely upon us to maintain that fear and willingly relinquish control. We are there. We are sheep. We are stupid people because of the stupid things we do and the stupid ways we are allowing ourselves to duped.
There are answers to proper questions. There are ways to see clearly where we are, why we are here and ways to rid ourselves of this stupor and move toward a brighter light. To not let fear overwhelm and succumb us to a destiny devised only from that fear itself. To ignore and disdain answers to questions that are not relevant. To not willingly commit to an unrealistic vision of global unity and a social order that absolves us of our indiscretions and promises to provide us with a fair solution and fate that could never be fair.
If we are throwing our liberty away and ignoring our inalienable rights, where are we going? What are we trying to attain? Where do we want to be? Maybe God only knows? Who is Obama? Is he doing anything remotely relevant to what our founders prescribed that our country represents or what he was elected to do? No...and can't! How do you really feel? Want to know?
I think that we are inherently honest, brave, moral... and free. We are the rugged individualists that our founders and generations before us have fought and died for. We are the ones that have it in us to ignore this manufactured confusion and take the reigns and steer the right path. We are citizens of the United States of America and our leaders are supposed to work for us! Let's start acting like it! Lets take control of our fate, say no to this budget, the bailouts, the stripping of our liberties and all the other bull being thrown at us. And particularly this perceived world order I think the Obama administration ultimately wants to attain. SAY NO! And change our current crop of pathetic representatives and take responsibility for ourselves and our country before it is too late!

It's easy to ask questions. It's much more useful to provide answers to questions.
Asking questions without providing answers sews doubt and mistrust of others. Is that what you really want to do? When you sew doubt and mistrust, you multiply it ten times over. I have never seen the promotion of doubt and mistrust create good results.

Hi Mister MandM,
Questions and answers are fine if directed towards an eventual action. The problem is mostly, they are not...as in your article. The only questions any individual must ask are those only they can answer.
Such as: What kind of community would I like to live in? Do my local elected officials promote that kind of community? What can I do to ensure that they do?
Any time an issue rises above the community level it is taken out of the hands of the people it will affect and given over to "experts". Expert lobbyists, expert politicians, expert policy advisers, etc.
This process forces communities to become homogenized by having decisions that should vary from community to community be made at a higher level and imposed on all communities regardless of their local citizen's desires.
This happens because most people do not participate locally where their individual behavior has the most impact. Instead, they act, if at all, to participate in herd-based spectacles outside their community. Rallies, demonstrations, National elections between tweedle dee and tweedle dum, none of which have any impact on the nature of the community you live in. Instead, they perpetuate the myth of trickle-down benevolence from government and give participants their next "fix" of outrage and futility that will fuel their next useless actions...or more likely, apathy and non-participation.
The only question I have for others is "If your liberty is so important then you don't you take it seriously enough to choose effective actions over actions that promote the system that is eroding it?"
I am certainly not going to take ANYONE seriously who chooses behavior that undermines liberty no matter how strong their "feelings" about it are or how fervently they believe in their intentions.
When all the answers you get are from the wrong questions, what good is that? Another question,,, along with inspiring doubt, that is the purpose of this piece. Mike

I think that the power of the individual will only be restored in America when corporations are limited or cut off from making campaign contributions.
How can I compete with my maximum $2500 sent to Ron Paul when Obama cashed checks from every guilty party of this bailout from Fannie and Freddie to AIG and the investment banks in the hundreds of thousands of fiat currency.
Sadly the individual's vote has been undermined by the lobbyists and excess corporate influence.
