Congressman Steven LaTourette,
Congratulations on your recent appointment to the U.S. House Appropriations Committee. I am sorry to learn that you must give up your seat on the Financial Services Committee. There was really a glimmer of hope for our Republic when you so voraciously voiced and voted your position against the initial bail-out bill. You voted it down the first time and then again after our Senate remarkably decided to plump up this already insane piece of legislation. I appreciate your efforts.
That sort of passion and commitment against the abuses of our monetary system, the people's money, and our constitution was indeed the sort of pressure we needed on the Financial Service Committee seat which you possessed. I wish you well on your new committee appointment.
It has recently come to my attention that in July of 2004, the People initiated a landmark federal lawsuit to have the Judiciary declare, for the first time in US history, the full constitutional meaning of the First Amendment Petition clause.
The gentlemen who established this country made sure to include the petition for redress of grievances into the First Amendment to allow the People to peaceably remedy the abuses of the charter of our republic.
In keeping with the traditions of checks and balances and government charter, I had a quick question I was hoping you could answer.
As a long-standing servant to Lake County Ohio, have you given a position or submitted an answer on these repeated petitions for redress of grievances regarding our Federal Income Tax, Federal Reserve Bank, and other constitutional usurpations? I was only able to locate your receipt of this petition, but have yet to find any statements of your standing or answers.
Could you please point me to a record of your statement on these petitions or provide me with further detail regarding your standing?
I look forward to my upcoming meeting with your Chief-of-Staff near the end of January, as per my last conversation with Kathy.

I consider myself an Online Political Activist who's specialty is ORGANIZING.
I was an Air Traffic Controller, a Radio Chief in the Artillery and a Field Radio Operator Instructor during my even years of active duty in the USMC. After the 241 deaths at Beirut Lebanon in 1983 I decided something was not right at all about our government. I was hired by NYTel (now Verizon) in 1988. I saw Ron Paul on YouTube and began putting it all together.
Knowing how databases can be very powerful when studied and used to their maximum effect together with a strong inner drive to Rebuild the Party using operations I see all of us able to participate in "online" I see ways we can use the Internet to powerfully affect vast capabilities we can put to use in order to grow, organize and put energy behind the issues we desire to WIN!

I'm sure you can imagine the secretaries showing this "inbox" to our representative and I don't believe they'd have any misunderstanding. Editors, MSM, Newspaper Reporters... What would they say if millions of us did this? We have the technology.
We can change our email prefixes (republican in mine there) as well as the parameter that shows (Defeat FOCA NOW! there) at will, "on the fly."
Doing this in the thousands and tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands... and eventually millions of us on a moments notice, at times when it was most important (bills being considered, bills coming up for a vote) we can as well let the main stream media know in like fashion where the people stand.
So this and other applications of the email web solidarity, together with many other and varied enhancements to our effectiveness being thus united making themselves known to us as we become more and more familiar with its capabilities... recruiting new people to become active in guarding against government excesses in any matter, we can make We The People stronger.
No. Never. All are absolutely in accordance with every word of the Constitution. If they weren't, wouldn't we have successful lawsuits and vigorous opposition of the mainstream, or at least an opposing political party?
You're like the guy whose team has lost the big game, and all you can think to do is complain about the refs or the rules. You're going to be laughed out of town, or pitied.
Personally, I think this whole website of bellyaching Libertarians is pitiful, and it's funny!
