Yes, the One World government prophesied in the Bible is already here and it is still only just in its "toddler" stage but we must realize that it is already a technoligical and military giant while still being only a moral and ethical infant--and it is as dangerous now, perhaps even more so, as a "toddler," than it will be as a mature entity--in the sense of an immediate, physical threat to the dissidence of the individual towards its designs--since it's reigns are still held tightly by the informed, self-interest of an insatiably greedy financial Babylon.
Current implications indicate that the US is anticipating the need for the establishment of Martial Law in the near future, for reasons of an either/or "Conflict" (an attack from without) or "Revolution" (an attack from within) under the guise of "homeland security" and is currently putting into place the necessary (military) measures to do so in the guise of updating the equipment of the military reserves, National Guard and "integrating" and combining them with the active military and by stationing some 20,000 active military within our borders under the assignment of maintaining "homeland security"...
...in my estimation, though it was conceived many years before; the birth of the One World government prophesied in Biblical Scripture occurred during the third week of November, 1994 after the US Senate Commerce Committee heard testimony from both Felix Rohatyn (pro-GATT/WTO) and Sir James Goldsmith (anti-GATT/WTO) and subsequently on 11/30/1994 the US House of Representatives voted on and passed GATT and likewise so did the US Senate on 12/1/1994...and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade became the World Trade Organization and the US officially sanctioned and joined it--this being the point in history that the USA capitulated its national sovereignty and gave us officially over to the designs of a One World government in accordance to the designs of the greed of financial Babylon...
...this was it's birth and our loss of national sovereignty--we have observed it through it's infancy and now that it is a "toddler" we witness it taking more of a Global form...and so we still stand to witness the much under-reported advent of the North American Union as becoming one of it's ten heads upon the seven continents of the world--in retrospect I offer this...

The first article is in regard to the next step in forming the North American Union i.e. Canada, Mexico and the United States under an overlay government much like the European Union now exists in Europe which has its "Euro" for a common unit of currency and likewise after the North American Union is formalized we will have our "Amero" for a common unit of currency...

The NACC consists of 30 multinational business corporations that advise SPP and set the action agenda for its 20 trilateral bureaucratic working groups.

Now this is presented by me now to reinforce what I have been saying and writing about as it concerns the End of Age and the revelation of prophetic Scripture for some twenty years now.
the Babylon of prophetic Scripture is the world financial system which has existed ever since Babel and which has existed down through the ages until this day and age when we see her system come to maturity as it pervades, oppresses and exploits the entire world. It is the body financial of the fully integrated global economy. It is controlled at its zenith by international financiers
the Beast of the book of Revelation is a global body political which financial Babylon has created in order to facilitate her exploitations and to enrich herself and which already exists in the form of the World Trade Organization and which will continue to be developed until the seven continents of this world have been divided into ten economic regions (as the European Union already exists and the North American Union will soon exist). This is her political beast of burden--as is shown in Rev.17:3-- and ten leaders will be appointed over the ten regions of the subdivision of the seven continents (the seven-headed beast with ten horns). She is building this, her political beast of burden (indeed it is so for the reins of the body political are currently held tightly by the hands of the body financial). She builds this beast in order to lay hold of all the earth, its people and their wealth. From the corridors of power unseen the rich men are establishing a global form of government over the entire earth and will use it to exploit and oppress in an ultimate way the peoples and resources of the earth--until the Beast that Babylon built turns upon its master and destroys her utterly--
...after that we have seen the establishment of a One World government in the form of ten divisions of the world at some point (coinciding with advent of the "little horn/false prophet/antichrist"--the "little horn" who "plucks up" three of the ten horns and therein the Beast receives a deadly wound to one of its seven heads) the political Beast power will turn on financial Babylon and the grandest Robin Hood scenario of all time will be witnessed--taking from the rich to give to the poor--the supposed equitable redistribution of wealth after ages of Babylonian oppression. When the Beast that Babylon built turns on her, and burns her and devours her flesh (Rev. 17:15-18 & James 5:1-6) the oppressive economic/financial system which has horded the wealth of this earth and exploited and oppressed its peoples--enriching herself at the expense of the masses to the point that innocent and helpless children die of hunger, malnutrition and disease in her system every day and for no reason other than an economic one--depleting natural resources--polluting the environment--contaminating the natural world with genetically engineered life forms in an irretreivable fashion for the sake of a profit--leaving malnourished and starving populations in her wake--children dieing of hunger in order to balance the economic equation of the inordinate amounts she and hers have accumulated to themselves to consume. It will look so good, so right; in order to facilitate the equitable redistribution of the wealth which Babylon had for so long horded the mark of the Beast will be instituted and the Beast power will seek to right the wrongs which Babylon has wrought through the ages--in essence presumably taking from the rich to give to the poor in the grandest Robin Hood scenario history has ever seen--all of the intentions will look so good and right and just and will be undertaken in conjunction with a new spirit of unity and tolerance and the establishment of the spirituality of a universal religion and all of this will seem to be supported and confirmed by heaven itself because of the supernatural miracles which will be performed (Rev. 13:13,14 & II Thess. 2:3,4,9-12)--yet within all of this will be the seeds and fruition of the End Time delusion and its subsequent condemnation and God's supernatural wrath will be poured upon all who submit to it--for their arrogance in thinking that mankind has within itself a righteousness which is apart from and independent of its Creator God and in this denying that only in and through Christ Jesus and the work of grace, mercy and salvation which was wrought in Him for our sakes by the Father can we be saved and attain unto a Godly righteousness and eternal salvation! The End Time delusion will look like such a good thing but it isn't; it is man seeking his own salvation without repentance; it is doing the seemingly right thing for the wrong reasons...the antichrist and the political Beast power which he by this time controls will be doing the will of God when they destroy financial Babylon--but thereafter they are destroyed when they resist and confront the triumphant second coming of Christ Jesus our Lord...
Are we about to see the first of ten kings installed!?!--
