The Ron Paul Money Bomb, The Media, And The Big Ironic Fatty

The Media And The Ron Paul Money Bomb Collide In A Major Show Of Farce--

I stayed up all last night and watched the beginning of the latest Ron Paul Money Bomb, "The Tea Party", while talking to a friend on the phone. This friend is a new female "friend" and she wants to be involved, at least initially, in the things I get involved with.

I had my computer set to a web page that showed the climbing total in a rectangular box. Like an earnest new girlfriend, she had her screen set there too. As I talked, we both watched the number in the box go up and up and up.

"Those are all people who care," I said.

"Do you know those people?"

"I feel like I do."

I explained how I came to follow Dr. Ron Paul- "I was watching the debates, and this man stood up to the heckles and the jeers on National television and stated what I've known for a long time, that America has been a meddler in the affairs of foreign nations and we protect our "interests" with bully tactics and force."

"We are such bad people," she said sarcastically.

"No," I said. "We aren't. But we have our moments when we think we know best over others, and that creates animosity. That's really all Ron Paul was recognizing. The animosity. To deny the heat is to get continually burned, that's what my grandma used to say."

"13 million, 245 thousand."

"Yes! He's going to do well with this money bomb."

"Did you give him any money?"

"I will tonight. There are twenty four hours in the money bomb window."

"So you are following him because of the war?"

"No."

"No? But you just said"

"I noticed him because of his stance on the war. But it is his complete package that hooked me and brought me onboard. It is his recognition that the Federal Government has been usurping powers from the states and from the American people incrementally, and it is time to reverse that trend. I have never been a Conservative but I can plainly see that he is right about this. Even our local Sherriff's Department has been affected by the Bush administration cutting off payments when timber sale money goes to Iraq instead of back into Oregon communities. The system has gotten out of whack."

"Out of whack? I love it when you talk like that."

"Look!"

"13 million, 722 thousand dollars. Wow. Lots of people care, don't they?"

"Well, the media doesn't care."

"They don't?"

"Not really. In fact, they have been trying to keep Ron Paul as far out of the mainstream as they can."

"Why?"

"I'm just a carpenter. I have no clue. But they always ask him questions that are tagged with little snide snippets, suggesting that he can't win. Or that his ideas are kooky. Or that he isn't accepted by the Republican party. Or that he is doing poorly in the polls. They take him off polls he is winning, they refuse to talk about straw polls that he has won. They list him as "other" on phone polls and then claim the results are valid and scientific. One talking head from fox called him a "pinhead". If you watch what they are doing to this man, it makes your blood boil. This is America. This is the land of the free! This is not how we conduct ourselves! This is such a crock I just can't sit in my seat and watch any of these news agencies anymore!"

"You're upset by this," she said calmly over the phone.

"A lot of us are. No wonder we come across as being kooky ourselves, we're just really angry at the unfairness and injustice of it all."

"It isn't fair, is it?"

"No, it is not."

"Oh look! 14 MILLION! "

"Yes! That's a lot of people who DO care."

"What is Ron Paul going to do with all that money?"

"Spend it on his campaign."

"On Bumper Stickers?"

"Maybe. The slogan I wrote- WHAT CAN RON PAUL UNDO FOR YOU would be a good one."

"!4 Million. That's a lot of bumper stickers."

"He'll buy air time on television too. Advertising nationally is expensive."

"You mean he is going to give money to those people who have been slighting him all of these past months?"

"He'll have to. They have the audiences. They have the control."

"Wow. If that isn't a big ironic fatty, I don't know what is!"

"Yes," I said.

*Sigh*.

There is still time to be a part of this historic event! Visit www.ronpaul2008.com and kick in! Help us bring light to the country - all the other candidates represent the Darkside: pro-tax, pro-war, pro-nation-building. It all must end, and it can with your help. The media, mostly CFR (Darkside) members are clenching their fists and muttering, "Curses!" Is this a great country or what? Come on, stranger! Help us, help yourself and our Republic.

If you go to http://www.alexa.com/ and check out the TR (traffic rating) for the official Ron Paul website --- he has a TR of 8,221. Mike Huckabee has a TR of 74,346 John McCain -- TR 117,073 Hillary Clinton -- TR 33,848 According to Huckabee’s website he has collected $1,157,098 to date for his forth quarter donations. At this moment Dr. Paul has $15,277,800 and counting. So you have to ask yourself how can Huckabee be number one in the polls and Dr. Paul is not in the top five. I smell a rat here. These numbers above tell me something and I am getting the word out to all of my friends and associates. America needs Dr. Paul…….

We treat our potential customers far better than we treat poor people who aren't potential customers. We're sorry, Dr. Paul, we thought you were a poor person who wouldn't be buying much advertising time. That's a lovely pile of money you have there. How may we serve you? -MSM

Ron Paul cannot win and this I really know. It's true and can't be doubted, 'cause the TV tells me so. If Ron Paul wins a poll, its spam as we all know. When he loses, it's scientific. The TV tells us so.
