Executive Orders and the New World Order The only way to stop the secretive abuse of power by the government is to expose it. by Kipper Mathews

Because of fears of an accidental total annihilation of the world during the Cold War era, laws were put into place for national security reasons, that forbid the President or any other person to take it upon themselves, action(s) or make national security decisions by themselves let alone without authorization from the Congress.
In order to implement what his father George. H. Bush described as a "new world order" George W. Bush, self proclaimed as "The Decider" erased those laws following 911 and took it upon himself to defy all National and International Laws "legally" by a twisted use of Executive Orders.
Recently the effects from these orders have again surfaced with an article from the New York Times saying that George W. Bush with his deadly pen signed an Executive Order that secretly authorized the military and CIA under request from Donald Rumsfeld to engage in search and destroy missions in any country they see fit without authorization from the UN or Congress, in order to kill enemy combatants.
The excuse for the use of this order was intended to bypass the slower old process of having to wait for legal approval which sometimes was either denied or inadvertanly jeopardized the timing of such raids. The order also gave the administration and the military the added bonus of giving them more time to secretively invent a backup story in case something were to go wrong and they were to get caught in the act of breaking international laws that give countries a right to sovereignty.
Unfortunately these raids have been carried out on information they often received from unreliable sources and insider spies that gave them faulty intelligence, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of innocent civilian lives.
This order like over 260 others signed into law by George W. Bush are referred to as Exord(s) taken from the words (executive order). Some of those were more or less harmless while others such as illegal wire tapping took away many of the American peoples constitutional rights.
Further investigations have revealed that many of Bush's secret orders were put into place because of their questionable if not illegal foundations such as secret prisons and torture of prisoners
With a realization that the concept behind the need for executive orders may in certain circumstances be a good idea, it is only obvious that untethered abuse not only can but is taking place.
The way that it is being abused by the Bush administration proves that revisions and guidelines need to be established by the Congress to make such actions transparent to avoid further abuses.
If the privileges for the use of these orders are to go unchecked, without oversight, the people of this country could very well be at the hands of unstable people with hidden agendas.
As is stands now with the country and the world falling closer and closer to a complete financial meltdown, G. W. could simply decide that all poor people are a threat to the stability of the country and declare martial law allowing the government to have them all detained. While that may seem to be a little bit overboard, the DOD has to this day authority to do just such a thing in the event of a natural disaster or a civil disturbance.
If we are going to leave all answers to the worlds problems in George Bush's secretive hand, we might as well just get rid of the UN and Congress, as they would just be a waste of time and money.

You make absolutely NO CASE whatsoever about the New World Order, yet attempt to tie it to Exords in the title of your article. Not only that, but your conclusion is about as well thought out as adding tuna fish to pizza.
To say that "If we are going to leave all answers to the world's problems in George Bush's secretive hand, we might as well just get rid of the UN and Congress" is like saying that if we're going to use the seltzer bottle to put out a forest fire, we might as well give up other, more effective methods of doing so.
Just because Bush has taken strong measures to fight world problems the way he thinks they should be fought doesn't mean that ANYONE should GIVE UP on resisting him. In this case, it has taken WAITING until his second term was up, but NOW we can do things to change these senseless, effectiveless policies and we should.
You seem to tie cause and effect together about as well as automobile accidents can be tied to the color car you're driving. A little deeper look at what's actually happening would certainly benefit your article.

Kipper -
My comment is this article would be better if you linked to whitehouse.gov where most of the orders are stored and quote a few examples. I am quite curious as to the constitutionality of them; I don't think there is any, and I've read the Constitution a few times.
My weak attempt to debate a few exec orders is here in case you are ever interested. I am sure if you dug hard enough you would find this article or others you wrote could be construed as illegal as well.

MC - Any idea or comment on Obama's plans for the use/misuse of executive orders? I am unaware of any criticism he's given Bush for this, or his plans on how to use them, as well as those pesky Bush "signing statements" that he kept tacking onto bills.
The intention with this article was to report on the NYTs article last week "Secret Orders" and how that connects to the information I found in the WW4 article Big Oil /Big Easy listed in Sources.
GW and Homeland "Security" are manipulating the American people and the World with his secret signing statements and executive orders. Fortunatly he is on his way out and we will just have to wait and see with Obama.
I am an admitted "Conspiracy Theorist. "Better to be thought of as a fool than to be fooled."
Jake wrote... "I am sure if you dug hard enough you would find this article or others you wrote could be construed as illegal as well. "
You aren't a conspiracy THEORIST by any stretch of the imagination. That's a person who "theorizes", or comes up with theories about various incidents. You are what would more accurately be called a conspiracy ADVOCATE; one who advocates theories that others have come up with.
Not only that, but you try to IMPLY much more than you actually SHOW. For instance, in your article, there is absolutely NO linkage between Bush's executive orders and the New World Order as you purport in your title.
Don't you think HONESTY is more effective than trivial, unproven contentions? Your article is like someone yelling "Get some BACON with your scrambled eggs," then NOT PROVIDING the BACON!

Dear Kipper -
I'm afraid you misunderstood me Kipper. I completely agree that the right/privilege to free speech should not be infringed.
"Jake wrote... "I am sure if you dug hard enough you would find this article or others you wrote could be construed as illegal as well. "
Since when is free speech illegal?"
Good question, I try to right, I mean, write, about this in my police state series. Turns out free speech is constantly being infringed upon. Check this out if you want proof, although it takes a while to sift throught the evidence and movies.
