Constitutional Contract With America

Will your candidate sign a Constitutional Contract With America? If not, then ask yourself should you vote for them.

Newt Gingrich and company swept into power in 1994 by offering a Contract With America to the American people. For those candidates that supported it, we knew where they stood on many important issues.

Today, I suggest we have a Constitutional Contract with America that is signed by all who seek Federal office. While this is a rough draft and only a start, I feel it is simple and straight forward. Please begin to ask the candidates if they will support and sign the contract.

This year's election offers us the chance to return this nation to correct and purposeful course of a Constitutional Federal Government that promise to return the power to the people.

Constitutional Contract With America

We, the American people, are asking candidates that seek our vote to agree to the following principles:

First, acknowledge that the Constitution of the United States strictly limits the power of the Federal government and the areas in can involve itself.

Second, acknowledge that all the powers not relegated to the federal government are performed unconstitutionally, and will be returned to the states as soon as possible.

Third, vow to eliminate and dismantle all federal programs that are unconstitutional within 3 years.

Fourth, terminate and nullify any and all treaties with other nations that restrict the sovereign rights of the people of these United States unless those treaties have been also ratified by the states.

Fifth, vow to resign and never seek federal office again if they have been found to have voted for and passed into law three unconstitutional laws, acts, or provisions (Three Strikes Law), and to forfeit any income or accrued benefits from the federal government in the future.

Sixth, Vow to defend, protect, and serve without prejudice the Constitution of the United States.

Signed and dated,

What are your thoughts? Would you like to see the candidates agree to a CCWA? I know I would.

HA-HA-HA-HA. Love it EJ.

Since every member of every political office [Federal & State] takes the same oath [except the President which is similar] to preserve, protect and defend the Consitution, this pre-election agreement is just like a "pre-nuptual" agreement.

It should also include the statement that any election results will be "null & void" if they do not uphold the Constitution.

That will fix these liars.
