I got this information on the web.
First watch a video message from Daniel the "Video Blimp-ographer" abouth the blimp launch this morning:
He mentions in the above video that an internet tv source will carry it live. But I checked out the link and it is not video active at 3:50 AM EST but there is a live chat room with some activity. Here is the link
