Regarding the $700 Billion taxpayer screw-job (aka bailout) by Darryl W. Perry

Madam Speaker, I oppose this taxpayer screw-job that you're calling a "bailout". First and foremost, there is no Constitutional authority for Congress or the Federal Reserve (an unconstitutional private bank contracted to print money) to "bailout" private financial institutions. Secondly, it was bad policies; put in place by Congress, that caused the "problem" that you are now attempting to solve. Thirdly, it is simply bad economics to add this amount of money into circulation, it will decrease the value of each Federal Reserve Note (dollar) and will soon make these note go from "worth less" to "worthless".
Sincerely, Darryl W. Perry Alabama Statesmen/Boston Tea Party nominee/write-in candidate for US Senate (Alabama) http://senate.dwp2016.org
