The Censorship of MSNBC

MSNBC is excluding Ron Paul from a series called "Meet the Candidates." WHY? Blatant censorship and corporate corruption.

MSNBC will exclude (CENSOR) Ron Paul from an upcoming series on Meet the Press titled "Meet the Candidates."

Meet the Candidates:http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21654394/

As a concerned citizen, media reporting balance, honesty, truth and fairness is more than important, it is crucial to he survival of the United States. It is especially critical in this day and age of global, social, and political unrest. In the coming days, while we are preparing to elect a new commander-in-chief, we the people must decide upon who history will call the architect of a modern, model free society, or who will lead us into obscurity. Sadly, the media's reporting, balance, honesty, truth and fairness is absent from corrupt corporate controlled television and print news outlets, and Meet The Press isno exception.

Out of human conscience, reverence for a seemingly antiquated fairness doctrine, and just plain journalistic ETHICS (remember that?), how can MSNBCCENSOR Dr. Ron Paul from"Meet The Candidates"? Whatever happened to integrity in journalism? Whatever happened to the peoples' "right to know the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?"

Ever wonder why the people do not trust the media? This blatant censorship is case, point and proof of the bias, tyranny and fascism that exists not only on MSNBC, but in all corporate controlled media. MSNBC is unreliable! MSNBC is slanted! MSNBC is ignorant! I am certain anchors are being told what to say and how to say it by corporate 'masters'.

They (the anchors) do have a choice. Do not cave-in to the corruption.

"In the beginning of a change, the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him for then it costs nothing to be a patriot." Mark Twain

Ron Paul currently has more money on hand for the upcoming primaries than most candidates in both parties that are considered 'top tier.' Ron Paul has a PROVEN and CONSISTENT record in Congress of defending the Constitution of the United States. He has a message of freedom, peace, prosperity, and the protection of inalienable individual rights as afforded by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. He has an unprecedented grassroots following that has grown out of apathy towards a corrupt government and a corrupt media. The vast, dedicated, and passionate Internet following of Dr. Paul seems to be a threat, an irritant, and a curiosity to the status quo in the Federal Government and the mainstream media. It has yet to be acknowledged as a force to be reckoned with, and it will indeed be a force to be reckoned with.

"Each time a person stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, these ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance." Robert Kennedy

"I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant (Ron Paul supporters)and fill him with a terrible resolve." Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto

"Well, it just might be, that freedom is popular," Dr. Ron Paul

Meet The Press and Tim Russert are corrupt to the core. The pundits worth their salt are Jack Cafferty of CNN, Tucker Carlson, Lou Dobbs also of CNN. The rest are a pack of lying jackels who are cowed by the corporations that own their souls. Tim Russert has zero credibility with me anymore. I uesed to think this guy was above board and Meet the Press was a Sunday morning staple in our household. NO MORE!

You can cry over the interviews that don't happen or be thankful the ones that do.  This one is airing this weekend several times on PBS:

I see that Mitt Romney is scheduled for this weekend on MTP.  I didn't see if anyone is scheduled for the 23rd and 30th of December.

The Ron Paul campaign needs to turn this censorship by the elite establishment by calling public attention to it.

Do we know for a fact that Meet the Press will not be having Ron Paul on? I just went to their site and I see Romney is scheduled for next week. Perhaps they are wrapping up their series with Ron Paul? If somebody could clarify this for me while I prep my email to MSNBC, that would be great :-) RP '08!

MSNBC is partly owned by GE.. who have made close to a Trillion $$$ from the "War on tERROR"..what a shock that they are not including America's Candidate - Ron Paul.

When the Revolution is over.. and Jack Welch is behind bars.. where he belongs to be - alongside Dick and W, future Historians will say that MSNBC was "No Different" than Fox News.. and they will be Right!

Upper management of MSNBC are parts of the CFR group. Fascism is what they want. Liberty is the enemy. What does this make Dr.Paul? The Enemy. MSNBC are like a lot of others. They are corporate hogs who will eat you Americans for breakfast and spit you out when they feel like. Long Life to the Doctor!. War to the mainstream media.

It's up to the people to demand that news gets delivered. Sadly, the news agencies are used to promote propoganda that ensure that their government contracts with the military get renewed. That's where the real money is. If we truly agree with a free market system, we will support those who support freedom, and condem those who don't. And while we are at it, we can all educate our government representatives when they screw over the tax payer. (we can also replace those gov reps with ourselves)

The best way, that I can see right now to thwart the main-line medias bias is to encourage everyone that you know that supports Ron Paul, to donate as much as possible this Sunday. How could they possibly ignore 2 record breakers back to back. I also am waiting for positive conformation about MSNBC.If they do plan on not having him on Meet the Candidates I am sure that there will be a lot of scathing emails sent, which they would rightly deserve.

Sending angry emails to MSNBC isn't going to do a damned thing. If you want to send the execs at MSNBC a message, the way to do it is by sending angry mail to their SPONSORS, and letting the SPONSORS know that their advertising on MSNBC just cost them your business.

If you want to make someone feel the reprocussions of this censorship, a boycott of advertisers and owners (ie. someone mentioned that GE is part owner of MSNBC ?????) is potent....especially in a revolution the size or ours.

I sent my complaint email here to MSNBC

http://www.msnbc.msn (dot) com/id/10285339/

I am currently gathering a list of all your major advertisers for the express purpose of initiating a letter writing campaign to them regarding your exclusion of Ron Paul from your upcoming Tim Russert series. Are you not paying attention? Are you not going to carry out your obligations to WE the People?

It is imperative that Dr. Paul be heard far and wide as he is a major, if not leading contender.

Never fear. Your organization will never hear from me or my congregation.

Nor will you hear from my country club breathren.

Nor will you here from my bloggers.

Nor will you hear from my Lodge brothers.

And most of all, nor will you actually feel any heat from my fellow veterans.

I will let your advertisers pass the word along to you as to what we are saying.

Andrew S Burdick

Well, for what it's worth I sent an email to Tim Russert asking him to have Ron Paul on his show.  I told him that he knew full well that if Ron Paul had been given the "name recognition" mentions as frequently as the others, that he would be a "front runner" too.  I hope he listens.  I asked that he put him on BEFORE Super Tuesday.  If you want to send him a note, here is the LINK BELOW:

Katie Couric is doing a profile on candidates too...as far as I know Ron Paul will not be profiled there either. It would be really cool if say 500 Ron Paul supporters showed up in the parking lot or outside the buildings where Russert and Couric film their shows...Maybe another "fair and balanced" station would cover that event? Heck why 500, why not 1000 or 1500 suporters? Why not hold a rally maybe 5,000 people will show up....it is a "Revolution" isn't it? Anybody know where they film and when? Somebody else posted writing to the network sponsors too, good idea. Also in snowy Plymouth, NH last night Ron Paul won another Straw Poll - he got 51%, I think McCain was second with 21% due to weather a lightly attended event... not that the media will report anything on it anyway!

The media elites hate Ron Paul and his message because they are owned and controlled by special interests who want to continue their control of the USA at all costs. They constantly say Ron Paul can't win as his rise in the biased polls continue. It is time for the American people to wake up and save the Republic and individual liberties before it is too late. Read, President Ron Paul – Could He Really Win? Learn how outside economic and foreign policy events just might elect Ron Paul. http://www.ronaldholland.com/presidentronpaul.htm in a two part article on how current events outside the political process could elect Ron Paul as President.

I don't know why people even bother watching news on TV or reading the paper anymore. The only thing you will ever get from them is lies, or at best a half truth.

Here in Australia, we are watching very closely as well. Our media in this country, has also done a complete black-out of Ron Paul. The federal Government of our country, often, very often, follow the U.S. Government policies very closely. That's why those of us in the know in Aus, are hoping for a Ron Paul victory.
