Ron Paul's Campaign For Liberty Hits 100,000! Yeah, it's just a number, but why not celebrate with Ron Paul and Aimee Allen, the Muse of Revolution? A musing why we should continue to grow over the next year, the principle of Same-Same.by Jake Towne, the Champion of the Constitution

It's official! The total size of the army of the free world has hit 6 figures. The Revolution is 100,000 strong and growing, not bad for the first summer! As I wrote here, it's a struggle of attrition, but as McBama prances about bragging about the goodness that next wars will bring our nation, hope is building at www.CampaignForLiberty.com, not the least of which is the mysterious announcement Ron Paul will make concerning the presidential campaign on September 10th. Well, according to both the Neocons and the Barackcuda, Russia is next in line to get beat down after Pakistan and Iran, and hopefully more and more wars will mean more and more Americans will leave the mainstream lemmings and join our Revolution. Some of our patriots (apparently a new species of lawyer with principles and backbone) are even renewing their efforts to arrest Bush and Cheney this last weekend.
Celebrate by listening and watching these two inspiring videos from Aimee Allen, who performed at the Rally of the Republic last week.
She's certainly got the spirit down right even if I don't agree with all of the lyrics.
After the luster falls away, both of the vice-presidential candidates should also help the Revolution. I call it the principle of Same-Same, eventually Americans will just get sick of the system like most of us revolutionaries already have. Most Americans can only take so much disappointment (and losers! look at George W's popularity!) before searching for a change, for something new. We need to be there to offer it to them, if it is our version of freedom that they want.
Isn't "change" the entire basis for the personality cult of popularity the Barackcuda has wrapped himself in? I actually coined this term for Obama (no copyright, feel free to use) here in July and I realize I've never explained why, so let me take a sec. Back when he was debating Hillary there was lots of mumbling about the finer points of universal health care, but also the war was a key topic. Hillary refused to compromise her position, and Obama sold himself to most as the peace candidate, the smart, slick, reasonable future statesman and diplomat. However, almost as soon as the Clinton obelisk was toppled, Obama switched gears by wanting to turn up the bombing in Afghanistan and Pakistan, as noted in the July article. That's when I noticed, that for all his charismatic speeches, his silver tongue, all of it was basically just a siren call, as I had originally suspected. Below the waterline, the guy will rip whomever in his way to pieces, hence the name Barackcuda, although piranha might be more apt. Maybe the term will catch on later.
What did Sarah Palin have to say about all this? Apparently, in an article that is being suddenly withdrawn or blocked over the internet, so I must add the source certainly may be false or suspect, although its just as likely these days that it's the truth and the McCain campaign is censoring it, she said,
"So Sambo Beat the Bitch!"
This was allegedly overheard by a waitress as she spoke to her lunchmates in public. Per this article's theme, this lady is one mean, vindictive, racist, perhaps a reincarnation of Dick Cheney and inspires Alaskan minorities to live out their sad, oppressed lives. I don't know about the whole truth of that, but one thing is for sure and that is many Republican white males and articles here at the Chart have really been adamant about their new-found love for this previously fairly obscure political figure. Most went from having no clue who she was, to falling heads over heel in love with her mousy brown eyes after catching a few newscasts. Sort of like Dan Quayle (grin). I suppose putting a pretty face on imperialism never hurts, every King needs his Queen.
Per the same article, her high school nickname was "Sarah Barracuda" for her lethal ability to crush her enemies. Sarah Barracuda or the Barackcuda, take your pick. Like I said, Same-Same.
And the alternative is Osama-Bin-Laden, I mean Obama-Biden (hey, you have to admit the linguistic similarity is a bit disturbing). What does it say about when the candidate for "Change" picked a 35-year crusty old relic-veteran of the Senate?
Here is a quote from Joe Biden, which for me is pretty much sums up everything I need to know about this excuse for a man. From this link you can also read his VP acceptance speech, which a piece of warmongering, socialistic propaganda.
"Bush foreign policy has dug us into a very deep hole, with very few friends to help us climb out. And for the last seven years, the administration has failed to face the biggest the biggest forces shaping this century. The emergence of Russia, China and India's great powers, the spread of lethal weapons, the shortage of secure supplies of energy, food and water. The challenge of climate change and the resurgence of fundamentalism in Afghanistan and Pakistan, the real central front in the war on terror.
Ladies and gentlemen, in recent years and in recent days we once again see the consequences of the neglect, of this neglect, of Russia challenging the very freedom of a new democratic country of Georgia. Barack and I will end that neglect. We will hold Russia accountable for its action and we will help Georgia rebuild. I have been on the ground in Georgia, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and I can tell you in no uncertain terms, this administration's policy has been an abysmal failure. America cannot afford four more years of this failure. And now, now, despite being complacent in the catastrophic foreign policy, John McCain says Barack Obama, Barack Obama is not ready to protect our national security. Now let me ask you this. Whose judgment do you trust? Should you trust the judgment of John McCain when he said only 3 years ago, "Afghanistan - we don't read about it anymore in the papers, because it succeeded"? Or do you believe Barack Obama, who said a year ago, "We need to send two more combat battalions to Afghanistan"?
The fact of the matter is, al-Qaida and the Taliban - the people who have actually attacked us on 9/11 - they've regrouped in the mountains between Afghanistan and Pakistan and are plotting new attacks. And the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has echoed Barack's call for more troops and John McCain was wrong and Barack Obama was right."
So is this guy just another neocon with a side order of global warming slave theory or what? Now when Joe Biden entered the Senate, another war was still going on. It was called the Vietnam War, and we were supposed to be uniting against communism. You want the truth? Here it is. Joe Biden voted for the Iraq War. Joe Biden supports the War on Terror. But right up until he ran for Senate he obtained five (5) Vietnam War draft deferments. This enables him to tie current VP Dick Cheney for the number of deferments, so we may have a continuous line of chicken-hearted-war-hawks as VP. That's what I mean - Same-Same!
Now we are supposed to be uniting against terrorism. You can join the please-save-us-mommy-from-the-big-bad-scary-terrorists-oh-mommy-save-us camp if you want, but pardon me if I don't buy that line ever again. I am not afraid, and you can speak to Congress here if you aren't either. For POTUS, Bob Barr is one choice, a Ron Paul protest write-in is another. If you want a truly radical choice, just forget all about it and get involved in your local politics.
For the record, I also suspect Mickey Mouse and Bruce Wayne will take record shares in the coming election as well.

George - can't wait to read it! there was something in there too about Palin calling Eskimos "Arctic Arabs" which I think it both fiendishly clever, unbelievably racist, and morally wrong.
