Jeff Sessions hates the Constitution And violated his oath of office, by refusing to "uphold the Constitution"by Darryl W. Perry

"Some people in this chamber love the Constitution more than they love the safety of this nation." - (Jeff Sessions) During the debate on the FISA Amendments Act of 2007, December 17, 2007
I should remind Mr. Sessions of the words of Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
I should also remind Mr. Sessions of his Oath of Office: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."
I should also remind Mr. Sessions that Article 2, Section 4 (of the Constitution) states that: "The President, Vice President, and all other civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
It is a fact that "perjury" is a felony; although most people define "perjury" as "lying under oath"; it can also be defined as "oath-breaking" or "false to vows". So, Jeff Sessions committed a felony when he stated that we should but "safety" ahead of the Constitution. For this reason alone, Jeff Sessions should be removed from office either by Impeachment or by loss of election. I will admit that "Impeachment" is unlikely, because nearly ALL of the Senate has broken their Oath of Office in one way or another. This is why I urge everyone in Alabama to remove Jeff Sessions from office via the ballot box. There are two options to choose from. Option 1, is to vote for the Democratic Party nominee (another career politician). Option 2, is to write-in Darryl W. Perry, a real patriot and Statesmen, who will uphold the Constitution. Darryl supports a return to the Constitutional bounds placed upon the government. He, also, supports "Read the Bills Act", "Write the Laws Act" and "One Subject at a Time Act" as well as other legislation that will reduce the size and scope of the government.
