A Revolution without singing and dancing is a Revolution not worth having. And to inspire those Spirits of the Silk Revolution, Emma Goldman offers her picks, for inspiration, for romance, and for irreverence (of mysticism). by Emma Goldman

My Dear Silk Revolutionary Men and Women,
To provide you fuel for your emotional restoration, after a hard day of living, I enthusiastically recommend some golden songs I feel were almost written for the Silk Revolution. That they were not is still a mighty testament to the song-writing prowess of Mr. Christopher Guest, the irreverent man behind such worthy movies as "A Mighty Wind", and "This is Spinal Tap", among other gems of comedy.
Just remember my Dear Liberty Lovers, a revolution without laughter, singing, dancing, and love is a revolution not worth having.
Enjoy!
