Justice Is Not Blind , SHE'S BEING HELD AT GUNPOINT by Michael Reagan, Cheney, et al It's ok to threaten, turn your back to the justice department and steal drugs if you are a well-connected neoconby Sherry Baker

It's almost too much for anyone who cares, or once did, about what used be known as justice. You have to laugh a bit at the irony of it all... but it's also hard not to cry.
A few examples:The Pelosi wimpy crowd of do-nothing-that-requires-those-things-that-rhyme-with-"malls" ( oh, what the heck, BALLS) Democrats have thrown up their hands, along with the neocons ( emphasis , as always, on " CONS") and let Vice President ( emphasis on "VICE") Dick Cheney win his battle to keep records from the public , a.k.a the American citizens who are paying his salary.
And I'm not talking about some classified malarkey (he, the all-powerful, has decided what is "classified", dontcha know). He won't even let us know WHOM HE EMPLOYS.
Really.
Moreover, a Cheney minion wrote to the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) on June 2 telling them to forgetaboutit -- Cheney was not going to abide by disclosure requirements for privately paid travel records because they apply only to those who head an "agency in the executive branch" and Cheney thinks he can wiggle past that by saying he's not in the executive branch.
He's right.
He's part of the Republican Neocon Empire Branch.
Justice, our legal system, isn't blind. It has X-ray vision to go after whom the powers-that-be want to see put out of the way, punished, even tortured.
And tunnel-vision creating blinders have also been put on what used to be American "justice "to protect and coddle those who ARE the powers-that-be.
Another glaring case in point: Cindy McCain, she with the history of starting a "charity" so she could then rip off drugs to feed her addiction, got off Scot free because she's uber rich and sleek and connected and, God help us, may be our next First Lady. [link edited for length]
Meanwhile black Americans rot in jail , sometimes for decades, for smoking and dealing weed .
So do thousands of white Americans but, as Ron Paul point out during his campaign, in such lower numbers than African-Americans it is beyond unfair. It is an outrage.
And get this: Britain, the US lapdog, has informed Martha Stewart she's as dangerous to the UK as radical Islamic preacher Yusuf al-Qaradawi and US rap star Snoop Dogg . Stewart has been denied entry to the UK by the Home Office, i.e. Big Brother. You do remember the cackles and lame cell-decorating jokes that Faux News and other so-called journalists gleefully bantered on about for months with Stewart was on trial and subsequently served jail time for stock hanky panky in one of the most ridiculous cases in American jurisprudence history?
Speaking of Britain and US working together to usurp justice, the UKappears to be cooperating with the US of A to literally destroy geeky computer nerd ( his own description of himself) Gary McKinnon who, using a slow dial-up connection, managed just out of curiosity to see if he could figure out how to sign into some US military web sites.
McKinnon wasn't some sophisticated hacker. He accidentally stumbled over the idiotically easy-to-penetrate way to get into the sites and ended up with more than he ever bargained for -- seeing secret files and pics of what seem to be "spaceships" as well as being arrested and treated like the mastermind behind 9/11 .
Say what?
Say the US wants him tried for terroristic acts and this skinny, elfin-like college drop-out passive guy could end up in orange overalls in the Guantanamo Bay hell hole of Bush-and-Cheney-sanctioned torture.
Earlier this week, McKinnon begged the House of Lords , desperately, to keep him from being extradited to the U.S. where he faces SIXTY YEARS IN JAIL.
But war criminals go free. And, yes, the likes of Michael Reagan who can make death threats on Radio America and call for the torturous death of babies won't even have his hands slapped, apparently. [link edited for length]
Now KFI AM's Bill Handel is on record agreeing with his neocon bud, Reagan ( see more at : [link edited for length]). If you want to tell KFI AM that threatening to kill people is NOT OK, and AGAINST WHAT'S LEFT OF THE LAW, here's information on how to contact the station: [link edited for length]
By the way, Reagan's cohorts were heard laughing on the air last week about all the good folks who had called Air America to protest his threats . They giggled this obviously shows what "those Ron Paul supporters" are doing now.
If you, or I, wrote in this space that Michael Reagan, or BillHandel are traitors to this country and should be killed and that you, or I , would pay for the bullets -- the same threat Reagan made against 9/11 and Iraq War truther Mark Dice that Handel thinks is just peachy -- how long do you think it would be before we were arrested? And doing jail time?
Want to try it and see? I don't.
Besides, IT IS AGAINST THE LAW. Unless, of course,as I said, a well-connected neocon.
I don't know what to do any more. But I know speaking out by those of us who still honor freedom and fairness and what this country was once about is better than the baaing and bowing of the sheeple before those who laugh while justice twists and turns in the wind.

Good articles Sherry, - by the way, it's not Mike Handel it's BILL Handel. Infowars made the typo last week but i'd like to nip it in the bud before it keeps spreading. There is no Mike Handel. Also, I tried to find an email for you to no avail. Please e-mail me, thanks.
