RON PAUL MONEYBOMB GOES NUCLEAR A Projection Of The December 16 Moneybomb Final Take: An Educated Guessby Jim ODonnell

The total pledges for November 5 were about 17,500 but the actual number of contributions were much greater and raised $4.3 million
According to the December 16 web site as of last night there were 25,000 pledges with 11 days left to go. If the pledge rate continues at the same rate that will mean a final count of 33,000 on December 16.
A little math 17,500 = $4.3 million then 33, 000 should equal, if contributions are at the same rate
EIGHT MILLION DOLLARS
Also, check out the advertising for the blimp. They have raised almost $100,000 in just 5 days.
In addition, it looks like another "Moneybomb" will be scheduled for New Year's Day.

I have purposely not maxed myself out under M-F for two reasons. So I can count as a "number" in further "moneybombs," and when, in my opinion that the real campaign has finally figured out how to spend all this money.
For example, as a member of his "group," I received a contribution request not 5 days after Nov 5 from the official money guy saying that they needed more money to buy time in the media like right now. Say what?
There is no way that they had already spent $4.3 million just received in NH, IA and SC. Something was amiss. I would meet any, what I thought was a legimate request right away.
It has seemed to me that his supporters outside the campaign have a better handle on events than his "official" guys.
There will, it seems, another moneybomb on Jan 1 and we should all work toward making that one $10 or even $20 million. It is important that the "mo" [momuntum] keep building as time goes on. Otherwise the idiots in the press will say something like, "Ron Paul canpaign "peters-out" last moneybomb only reaised $70 million which was just $5 million more the the previous moneybomb.
Of course if "The Man" himself was asking then that would be a different story.

The number of actual contributors to the Nov 5 money bomb was much more than the actual pledges. If that applies to Tea Party 07, then even $8M would be understating things.
As a course of strategy I think we should have the next money bomb after Dec 16th on New Years Eve, rather than New Years day.
Two reasons for this..
1) Dec 31 will count toward 4th Quarter totals. This would set us up to have a lower number for the 1st quarter than for the 4th, but after he wins will that number matter? Hillary + Obama have about 200 million combined... He will be in underdog status again which will hopefully bring in a huge round of donations from the closet Ron Paul supporters after Iowa, NH, Super Tuesday et al. are won.
2) This argument isn't 100%, but I think people would be more likely to donate(remember to donate) before the New Years parties rather than after.
