In an earlier article, I discussed the North Carolina primary and the fact that Ron Paul would be attracting overflow crowds at both UNC Chapel Hill and Duke University in Durham

The press has taken belated notice of the appearances because of the enthusiasm Representative Paul's appearances always generate. Thomas Goldsmith reports in a story in the Raleigh News & Observer about the preparations for Representative Paul's visit.(www.newsobserver.com) . His story has also been reprinted in the Charlotte Observer. More than 600 people have signed up to attend the speech at Duke University, which seems to mean a standing room crowd.

At the University of North Carolina, 1200 people had signed up to attend the rally. Since the original site in the Journalism would hold only a little over 400 people, the event was moved to Carmichael Auditorium, which has a capacity of 8000. People asking about the Duke rally were already being told to plan on attending the event at UNC after the capacity of the Duke venue was exceeded.

Ron Paul says that his candidacy is less about him than about the message. North Carolina apparently has lots of people eager to listen to the message and spread it.

The Ron Paul Revolution is marching on and gaining strength.
