Do you have an 'inner tyrant'?
I don’t, but certain 19th century German philosophers irrationally asserted everyone did[1].
What would you do if you were a bureaucrat in the most power executive government of the world, and you realized:
1) We have the most powerful and destructive weapons on earth.
2) We can intercept voice or data communications on anyone in the world in a few seconds.
3) We can make anyone into a social leper in a few minutes with global media press releases.
4) We can seize anyones financial accounts in a few minutes.
5) We can put anyone who disagrees with us in jail indefinitely, under new 'patriot act' laws, without a trial and without any other cause than saying they are part of the 'war on terror' sweep.
6) We have all the patents and technical knowledge of the last few hundred years safely ensconced in a mountain.
7) In the next five years, we'll have all the books ever published stored digitally and secured in the same fashion.
8) We have the ability to make robots do manual labor and assembly line work.
9) We have the medical technology to bring biological immortality one step closer to reality. In ten years, we'll have it solved.
10) We (the would-be tyrants) don't like 3/4 of the world's population, because they are (choose) stupid, unfit, savage, not my race OR not god's chosen people.
11) We can promote war and make people wish for war, if we support and spread the 'new world order' mythos, the 'bible prophecies', and political theories such as utilitarianism.
12) We can make people envious and ready to kill each other, by promoting ideas of 'communism' and 'socialism' and 'racism'.
13) We can control the effectiveness of education through central planning, and thereby ensuring that very few young people become adults with critical and independent thinking skills.
14) We can promote and support all time and life wasting activities: drug culture, sex culture, music culture, drinking culture, smoking culture, sports and entertainment culture. This works like a magician's distraction, so that not many bother to notice what is really going on.
15) We can wipe out 3/4 of the world’s population with nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons.
16) We can tag and track people using GPS technology.
17) We can make Orwell's nightmare scenario into reality. We can now create a 24-hour surveillance society.
18) We can promote the ideas that people need drugs to live well (pharmaceuticals), that people need the government in order to have security (welfare), that people need us now more than ever because of terrorists. By accepting these premises, people will voluntary ask for an Orwellian future.
19) Once all these puzzle pieces are in place, all we have to do is pull the trigger, and people will be cheering for mass destruction, because each of them will believe they will be 'a survivor'.
20) As today's entertainment, we can teach people that to be 'a survivor' requires backstabbing and game playing under a camera, and they can get the goods. This will give us all entertainment in the future, as we watch real survivor stories of those commoners that are unfortunate enough to be alive, but not be among us chosen ones.
21) We can intervene in food production and make farmers stop producing and live off billion dollar farm bill handouts. We can send all excess stored food supplies overseas to help 'impoverished' nations. Once food prices are sky high because we've interfered with supply, the population will be forced into politically-schemed 'grain-based' diets.
22) Promote public educational campaigns (since the 80s) that grain based diets are healthy, and that protein based diets are not. Subsidize farmers for producing corn to be used as 'alternative' 'renewable' fuel. This will drive up protein (animal) food costs, and help with item 21. The plebian middle and lower classes will become even more unheathly.
23) Use Hollywood special effects techniques cameras to manipulate live video to show propaganda in support of government agenda. Soon we will have almost perfect ability to edit people out of live video, insert people into live video, or fake the picture any other way to make a live news cast look genuinely real. Since people always believe their eyes, once we can control the images on the TV and video screens, we can make any pro-government event seem spectacularly popular, and any anti-government even seem staid. We can even make it appear like those mythological messiahs are here!
24) Use laser technology to make audible sound from high in the atmosphere. U.S. Air Force is trying to perfect this. We'll be able to make it sound like Zeus himself is talking from the heavens!!
25) Punish high-profile celebrities that try to buck the system (like the IRS), and offer 'stimulus rebate checks' for people that file their taxes in 2008, so that we can get more people back in line and paying for our funny-money counterfeit money system. Since the dollar today is only worth 4% of what it was before the Federal Reserve central bank was invented, it won't be long until we've completely made it worthless, everything people buy will become more expense and unaffordable.
26) Once all these items are completed, the people will be financially broke, physically unhealthy, without dignity or self-respect, and unwilling to revolt. They will believe (because our government schools told them) that the free market is the problem, that we (the government) is the solution, and they will conform to any socialist scheme or Armageddon scenario we promote.
CONCLUSION
It's time for those of us still living in a free society to root out tyrants in every level of government. It's time to get the hidden would-be tyrants, those hidden Jeremiah Wright or Osama bin Laden or Hitler or Mafia or racist types out of the halls of academic, religious, union, political, and military power in America.
It's time to stop believing in goofy New World Order conspiracies. There is no conspiracy where there is a choice. You can choose to live your life happily, and not give away your freedoms to any would-be tyrants.
Big businesses such as Wal-Mart or Microsoft have no power of a gun to say 'deal with me', but the government does. So we must ensure that it never uses its gun in a 'deal with me' fashion.
It's time for the 'good' to vanquish the 'evil'. I don't mean kill the would-be tyrants, I mean expose them and get them out of office in whatever peaceful manner possible.
May no one in our government ever say "I deserve to live, and nobody else I dislike does."
Consider Shakespeare’s sonnet #10[2], whereby he characterizes the pitiful soul that proclaims no love of anyone else, that shows the hateful soul will go unloved by anyone else because of the choice to hate, that shows the hateful soul desires destruction out of envy, that shows the way out of hate is to venerate the virtuous and the beautiful as well as to repair the harms done to self and others, that shows that a person can redeem their soul by a renunciation of hate and by reparations to the wronged, that a hateful person can become proud to indeed earn love.
For shame! deny that thou bear'st love to any, Who for thyself art so unprovident. Grant, if thou wilt, thou art beloved of many, But that thou none lovest is most evident; For thou art so possess'd with murderous hate That 'gainst thyself thou stick'st not to conspire. I recently took a look at the 1790 Coinage Act. Among other things, it specified that commiting fraud against the money system is a felony punishable by death. Our founders took honest money very seriously. If it were in force today, we would have a bunch of people on death row.
Our warmongering crooks, the "elite" leaders, are responsible for millions of deaths of innocents (here and abroad), and IMO, hanging may be too good for them. Perhaps life at hard labor might be more effective.
On the other hand, perhaps "we the sheeple" deserve what we get for allowing these people to lead us into bondage because of aour apathy.
Telling some libertarians NOT to believe in Conspiracy Theories is like trying to get an Obese man to lose weight against his will. Thanks for reminding me that we live in the greatest and most powerful nation in the world.
Some people are too busy worrying about a more centrist from statist growing China taking over the world.
