Topic: Presidential Campaign 2008
Liars, Cheaters and Theives

Anyone that does not include Ron Paul as a viable candidate is a liar, a cheater and a thief.

Ever since Ron Paul decided to run for President there has been a conspiracy by many people to alienate or eliminate him from his candidacy. They have stooped to as many dirty tricks as they can think of and use downright morally and socially unacceptable tactics (most of which are illegal) to disenfranchise his supporters and steal his votes.

Anyone who supports these people or turns their backs to what is happening are co-conspirators and accomplices. They deserve absolutely no respect from anyone, let alone receive any votes of confidence and or trust. They should be arrested and tried just like any other criminal and if they are politicians they should be banned from holding government office for life as well.

The last thing that this country needs is to have members of our government and roll models in our only fair and balanced and non-objective news organizations, receiving preferential treatment and immunity to prosecution, when they are just a bunch of liars , cheaters and thieves.

I personally am outraged that this kind of bull is being tolerated by our government and the "upstanding" law enforcement officials in charge of keeping crimes like these from taking place, who choose to turn their eyes away in utter disrespect for the law.. Any descent person would be embarrassed, but not this bunch. They think that this should be the new, improved and acceptable way to do things in the world.

The only thing more morally disgusting than this "new way" of doing business and running government in this country, is the apathetic attitude of what seems to be the majority of Americans. Those who refuse to get involved and accept this as O.K. and no big deal.

VIEW POINT:

Why even bother being an American, if you are going to go through life with an attitude like that?

Shame on you!

To everyone else... Thank you for taking pride in your country and supporting true American values.

"Why even bother being an American, if you are going to go through life with an attitude like that?"

Maybe because being an American means that you don't have to agree with everything that Ron Paul says. Ron Paul was never a viable candidate, he couldn't even win one primary in his own state of Texas. Ron Paul never had a chance to begin with.

What you have done here is drawn a line in the sand and said that you are either with us or against us. Well I am against the Ron Paul movement. The man lost and it is time for him to move on. There will one day be a better candidate than Ron Paul who has reason and rationality on his side and does not appear to be a k**k on national TV. I'll support that man, but Ron Paul has crashed and burned, he just does not want to admit it. It is Sad really.

Dear Lloyd,

Kipper is writing about his personal viewpoint, its not certainly not on the same scale as George Bush telling the whole world that they are either with us or against us in the war on terror.  Your response is a little inflammatory, but you do have a point in that RP hasn't had much of a chance, and his performance on national TV has been poor (I think you are a Penn&Teller fan, have you seen them talk about the difficulties of performing on live TV in "Michael Moore Hates America?").  And the RP movement hasnt failed yet until the convention arrives.  Why? 1) McCain could die. 2) Dollar/markets could crash or 3) (more far-fetched) McCains delegates miss the convention or somehow RP survives the first round.   If 1 or 2 happens, we will probably see the Romney Resurrection to save the world, but at least theres a chance for RP.

That said, I look forward to you finding that savior candidate and telling us all here about it.  Presumably that person would align themselves with RP, unless they also disagree with his views (btw, I am interested in your views are to save the country, since it at least appears that we agree on that much).   However, I personally am not going to sit around waiting for the Messiah to show up, I'll take whatever I can find right now, and RP's the best out there that I've researched, please feel free to educate me in your column.

Nice article Kip!   Jake

Mr. Kempson,

Your remarks are exact comments I received from my own local old guard Republicans.  The point of Mr. Matthews statements was totally disregarded by you just as was attempted to be shoved aside by my local old guard.

You are right.  Ron Paul couldn't even win a Primary in his own State nor any other State yet.  How could he when there was a highly orchestrated blackout of him by the Mainstream Media and efforts of the RNC?  This is not an opinion and neither is Kipper Matthews article.  We have it documented both in video, audio, and print.

So Mr. Kempson, you can try all you want to form public opinion with your useless diatribe but it won't work for those of us that are watching and there is millions of us worldwide.  One other thing that you are right about is we have drawn the line in the sand and we will stand that line forevermore.

Never again will the true Americans allow this outright fraud against our Country happen again.  This game is over.

Pure Venom. So now the Ron Paul supporters are living on a prayer that McCain will die? Nice pure venom again.

Never again?  Obama the unknown.  Raise taxes to coddle the sheeple.  Clintons again. Really! Is it possible? Raise taxes to coddle the sheeple.  McInsane I have people( don't know about that economy thing) and yea we will stay in undeclared wars as long as, well as long as it takes to find someone to surrender.  Dr. Ron Paul has answers and plans based in reality. MSM is not reality.  Mr. Kempson, what is your reality?  See ya in the breadline.

Geesh, just read his book.

Poor performance on tv? Paul remained poised and spoke clearly and articulately even while being clowned constantly by the locker-room, towel-snapping crew. Outside of doing acrobatics and blowing fire, I can't imagine what people expect from a 70 year old man given a small window of opportunity to reverse a hundred years of collectivist tradition.

Ok, I am a libertarian and I am trying to show you why  Ron Paul lost. Why is it that all you people can do is just cry more and more that I am not totally in love with Ron Paul?

He avoided Neal Boortz over one issue! You guys just want things your way, but it is just not going to happen. Reality is reality, no one person owns it. If you have your own reality you might just very well be insane.

There will come a better candidate than Ron Paul. A candidate that will actually play politics and will win his own district. The best that Ron Paul could do was spout out a bunch of anti-mestizo BS. Ron Paul angered too many voters to win. So his campaign lost. Let's get over it and quit crying ok? Good.

No one here is crying but you. We are shouting for honesty and LIBERTY you are whining for the sake of whining. It is not about Dr. Paul it is about honesty, integrity, the rule of law and LIBERTY. Playing politics is what drove all of us away from the idiots you propose. If Dr. Paul pandered to the mob as you suggest he would be Obamamccainton we all dispise. Dont you get it you tool? Try FREEDOM for once, we are all full up of socialist pandering bullshit to take you seriously.
