The Truth Came Knocking

Have you heard the story about the person who was seeking the truth and one day a knock came upon the door. The seeker asks "who's there?" "The TRUTH" answered the voice on the other side. "Go away!" the seeker remarked, "I'm busy seeking the truth".

I recently watched the documentary entitled The Esoteric Agenda, produced by Talismanic Idols Productions and posted to Google Video on February 08.

All of you who wish to argue your point of view as though you are educated enough to do so may want to watch this two hour video with an open mind before you continue to support a particular point of view.

Although "Conspiracy Theory" has become a label just as demeaning as "Anti-Semite", anyone who is unwilling to watch this video is hiding their head in the sand. This is not a "theory" - it is historical fact.

Pretending that choosing sides in the game actually matters is part of the game itself. And the participants will forever remain ignorant of the true reality we are faced with. Why do things never get better no matter who gets elected? Why do the Dems and the Repubs appear to represent opposing sides yet the results (Endless WARS, NAFTA, the NAU, the FED, the IRS, the American Empire, Poverty, Globalism, the Subprime Crisis, Mandatory Healthcare...) always make their way into our lives even when we send representatives to Washington to oppose these?

Why is it nearly impossible for an Independent candidate to gain ballot access? Why is religion and politics really intertwined? Why are the "common" people's needs and wishes ignored by their leaders? Why is the FED unaccountable to Congress even though their is an appearance of oversight? Who really runs the show?

Watch this video in it's entirety - NOT just the first several minutes. If you think of yourself as educated and seeking the truth you will have no problem watching this. If not, then you are brainwashed like most of the sheeple and have an agenda of your own (to be right) without seeing the bigger picture. In effect, your ignorance is perpetuating the problem - not solving it. If you want to post opinion pieces here - please do so for a sincere desire to educate and BE educated, not merely to post articles because it makes you feel important and righteous.

It may seem outrageous, but this is not an OPINION - it is documentation that can be looked up by anyone who wants TRUTH over the ILLUSION of truth.

We are being managed. Watch this and you just may see things differently. It just may put an end to taking sides - it just might wake you up.

Hey, that was cool. I agree. Enlightenment has always been the answer.

However, let me say that notwithstanding the very real "evil" machinations of man I sincerely believe that there are certain ecologically mandated sustainability issues that are beyond our control. Or if there are simple solutions of the spirit we have not arrived upon the power of mind (possibly hypnosis) that is referenced in the famous jesus story of multiplying a few loaves of bread and a basket of full of fish to feed the multitudes. That's not to say we can't or won't.

Yes, an education in proofreading....

"Have you heard the story about the person who was seeking the truth and one day a knock came upon the door."

SHOULD BE WRITTEN AS:

"Have you heard the story about the person who was seeking the truth and one day a knock came upon the door?"

"Why is the FED unaccountable to Congress even though their is an appearance of oversight?"

SHOULD BE WRITTEN AS:

"Why is the FED unaccountable to Congress even though there is an appearance of oversight?"

its: possesive from of the pronoun it.

it's: a contraction of it is or it has.

"Watch this video in it's entirety"

SHOULD BE WRITTEN AS:

"Watch this video in its entirety"

Never mind the proofreading. I am offering information. You are not only someone who apparently can't see the forest through the trees, you appear to be someone who would trip over a twig on the ground and miss the entire forest.

This seems to be the problem I'm talking about. Never mind the big picture. Let's all get stuck on stuff that doesn't matter.  Do us all a favor and go teach Grammar somewhere rather than being critical of the ACTUAL POINT I am making.

Considering that you still haven't fixed your article, yet. I would say that you do not intend to take the high road and fix your article's mistakes when you insult your readers by telling them to get an education before voting.

Some mainstream media guy might say,"Hey dumbass! Why don't you get an education before you write your article?"

After you fix your article you can click the "report violation" and I am sure that Mr. Walt will remove my comments.

But please, for the love of all that is libertarian, correct your mistakes please.

Vastly entertaining bullcrap, as usual.

And I have to agree with Mr. Kempson. No one is going to take you seriously by offering YouTube videos as "knowledge", but anyone who might be inclined to even on a lark is not going to be enthused with your ability to present a coherent (and typographically correct) point.

The "truth" your video skips is very simple : the only people who can attain power are those who are usually the most capable of wielding it, but are the least ethically suited for it. One does not need to pretend conspiracies do or don't exist -- it's a known fact the common masses of people don't have any interest to know the truth or deal with reality on any level aside from the MSM.

People voice opinions based on what they believe. I've been in government service for over 15 years, and I had 8 years of military service before that, and 6 years of building my own companies. I've managed milions of dollars and lost more and most of it? Taxpayer money.

When you're dealing with that sort of power and that sort of control, ethics goes out the window. The people running the nation aren't the political parties -- please, listen to me and believe me on this point. The people you elect are quite literally  puppets in the current government.

They are isolated from the true information flows, fed reports and information by aides and given briefings by officials, brought up to speed by department heads and clerks and process information based on analysis done by special teams.

Your elected leaders are the figurehead-fronts of entire offices of unelected specialists who may hold the same job for 5 years, or 35 years. You actually think a guy who gets elected every four years is running things?

At this point, the elections are a game. The big companies are in with the big industries, the big players, the military. As a Statist, I've seen it and even done my part to encourage it where it's proper.

Your Libertarian efforts to educate the people are not your biggest flaw. Your biggest flaw is you don't understand that you lost before 1900, and you lost again big time in FDR's administration, and LBJ killed off what was left of the old "Jeffersonian" approach.

The truth isn't contained in a video -- it's visible all around you.

Evidently it is a waste of time to offer anything of value on this site. It seems that trivial arguing over grammar, and being self righteous is all that is important here.

First of all, there are numerous grammatical errors throughout this site by many of the authors. If you stop to consider that many of these posts (including this one) are train-of-thought consciousness aimed at getting a MESSAGE across to those who may wish to look into a subject deeper - NOT an attempt to be accepted by scholarly stuck-in-the-mud types who get tripped up on what isn't even relative to the content itself... well, that is pretty much symbolic of the people in this country to begin with. More concerned about the appearance of an issue than the issue itself.

Secondly, I do not consider myself an "author" in the strict sense. The comment that no one will take me seriously because I offer YouTube videos as information is itself ridiculous. Certainly there are a lot of lame-ass YouTube and Google videos just as there are a lot of dumb-ass people in this country who post them and watch them. But it doesn't discount that some of what is posted is valuable. These are vehicles to share information - just as a book or documentary may offer. Simplistic put-downs about a particular technology has nothing to do with the content itself. Scholarly types tend to only be impressed with themselves and with a system of transmitting information through the Establishment - schools, government, churches. The new revolution of sharing through YouTube apparently lacks credibility. I suppose then that YouTube videos of CNN, MSNBC and such are just as bogus. Your arguments are hypocritical at best.

To Logical Premise:

I agree with most of what you say, but consider this: I am NOT a Libertarian other than the fact that Nolan Chart labels me as such through it's initial evaluation. So, my biggest flaw is not that I am a Libertarian. I didn't lose anything because I wasn't even born before 1900 and I do not represent the Libertarian party - or any other. You may have noticed that there IS no Independent category on this site. Even Nolan Chart wants to put people in a box and label them.

When you say the truth isn't in a video - it's all around us, I would ask this: Is the video I referenced not IN THIS REALITY and therefore a part of it also? Who decides what IS information and what is not? I think some of your comments and some of your other posts on this site show you to be very limited in YOUR thinking. Starting a reply with "Vastly entertaining bullcrap, as usual." - is certainly not information. It's just self-righteous and egotistical for you to assume you know so much that you can put down my attempt to offer something to those who DO NOT know this information.

Funny thing is, I sent links to this video to many via email and received a very positive response from people who actually watched it all the way through. I doubt that you watched more than a portion of it before going to the mirror to praise your own intellect. You are obviously not my audience.

So far no one has mentioned the content of the video itself or started a real dialog about it. There are just these two posts. One from an anal-retentive grammar expert who is more worried about whether I change my "mistakes" in order to be taken seriously when all I wanted to do was make an actual POINT and offer a link. The other from someone who praises himself for being IN the government and losing a lot of money. You didn't tell me anything I don't already know - and nothing that isn't contained in the video I referenced. So essentially you offer no new information - just an arrogant attitude. You are sucked into the whole political science BS with your references to FDR, LBJ and such. The whole point I was hoping to make by sharing the video link was to help others see the connections to MANY issues - NOT to be right about any point of view.

To Mr Kempson:

The comment: "Some mainstream media guy might say,"Hey dumbass! Why don't you get an education before you write your article?"

I haven't had any "mainstream media guy" call me a dumbass. But you have - indirectly. I don't know what your education is, but then I am not evaluating you - or anyone else. By "getting an education", I simply meant that some authors here who put forth such an effort to convince readers of a particular - and very narrow point of view - such as a political party affiliation, may wish to see a larger perspective that dissolves this group-think. Instead, I get a grammar lesson and called a dumbass. Kind of makes my point. And please, if you find a comma in the wrong place - don't bother telling me about it.

If I were concerned with the corrupt MSM's opinion of me I would be writing for them and not Nolan Chart. You are way to caught up in appearances and how someone may view my approach than you are with WHY I posted this articlke in the first place. The video I referenced will NEVER be on ANY Mainstream media channel. Did you even watch it? Seems you can make the effort to offer criticism TWICE without any mention of the content itself.

This is pretty pathetic. I had hoped to open a dialog with open minded readers who may wish to see the bigger picture, but instead I wind up with two commentators who are stuck in minutia and self-righteous opinion. It's too bad you don't know each other. You could take turns patting each other on the back.

Perhaps Nolan Chart is not my audience at all. It seems it's more attuned to authors who like to read their own material to feel self important and those who want to support their limited group-think of belonging to a particular belief system.

My apologies to Jim Hines. I mentioned that I had only recieved a comment by two others, when in fact Mr. Hines was the first and only person so far to actually watch the video and comment on it.

Thank you Jim.

Oh, one more thing... I will not report any comment as a violation. You all have the right to your opinions and comments - even calling me a dumbass. That's fine with me. It's freedom of speech. I think it also allows other readers to see the limited thinking of some of the readers, so no censorship is needed.
