Ron Paul campaigned in Pennsylvania this week, for the second week in a row. He spoke to enthusiastic crowds at both Gettysburgh College and Penn State University. He said he would continue to campaign as long as he had supporters, and the crowds at the two colleges showed that he still numerous and enhusiastic supporters in Pennsylvania.

There was plenty of enthusiasm in Gettysburgh as Paul told his supporters that the Pennsylvania primary is important, even if his momination seems out of reach.  His campaign has combined the message of economic freedom which was long a message of conervative Republicans with the message of personal freedom, which has been most identified with the Democrats.

"If we have a free society one day" Paul told the crowd, "it will be up to you".  Paul has been doing his part and his supporters indicated they are prepared to do theirs in the primary and to continue their support for the Freedom movement beyond this year's election. (www.mcall.com) .

From the afternoon rally at Gettysburgh College, Representative Paul went to an even larger gathering at Penn State University.  The scheduled rally had attracted so much support before yesterday that it was moved from a hall with a capacity of 700 to the intramural gym with a capacity of 1500. (www.collegian.psu.edu)  Here Paul stressed both sides of the libertarian message and got a response from the crowd indicating that for his supporters, as well as for Representative Paul, the campaign will go on. Poor grammar, incorrectly spelled words, and a lack of proofreading is enough to convince centrist America that libertarians are whack jobs. Conspiracy theorists, loons, and nut bags also do this, but misspelled words will cause total chaos.

I don't know what is more discouraging here, the fact that a pointless and poorly written article like this gets 11 thumbs up or the people who actually believe that Ron Paul's campaign has really just begun. Either way this is proof positive that Libertarianism seems to attract the biggest nuts in the country along with the well read and reasoned ones. I fear for the ideologies future.

I don;t know what is more discouraging here, the fact that Lloyd Lempson makes pointless and poorly-written criticisms about the article or the people like him who seem to have fallen off the short bus.  Either way this is proof positive that Statism seems to attract the biggest fools in the country, mich more so than well-read and reasoned people who actually are Libertarains.  I rejoice for your statist ideology's future as it is clearly on the overdue decline towards the ash heap of history, where it justifiably belongs.

Your all extremely pathetic (excluding Tannim who hit the nail on the HEAD). I thought the article was extremely intresting despite the slight typo's.  Lloyd.. i don't think you truely understand what is meant by the "The campaign has only just begun" quote... Ron paul accepts the fact that it is higely unlikely that he will get the nomination (mainly down to you fools slating him), yet he doesn't want to let American fall down into ruin so is telling his loyal supporters that it will take YOU to restore hope and freedom to this country. This will take a long time and will not happen overnight so you could say that this has JUST begun.

If we are ever going to get nolanchart.com out of the box of mixed nuts that it is in, we need to start using spell check when we right our pathetic articles.

Enough said ...

Eloquence so far got us 9 trillion dollars in debt, into half a dozen wars and conflicts, sponsoring and financing of hostile activities of our enemies, and other equally worthy deeds.  Maybe it is time for us misspellers and grammatically challenged to kick the well-spellers once more ..

Are you being intentionally ironic, or just silly?

In everyone's defense, the automatic spell check which ordinarily occurs in text boxes in Firefox doesn't seem to work on this site.

Perhaps there's an IT solution here.  I don't know why it isn't working on this site, but if the webmasters know of a reason why and can change it, I think we'll see spelling errors reduced.

At some point you should RIGHT your articles if they have any WRONG in them. (Spelling, grammar, or poorly written sentences)
