SUBPRIME CREDIT PROBLEMS - ADDENDUM - PART 3

How ODonnell Keeps Up With All The Information On The Ron Paul Campaign

I publish this addendum to my articles regarding the current financial mess [Subprime Credit Crises]. It has been difficult for me to keep up with the torrent of news in the financial markets even though I am retired and spend about 10 hours per day on this stuff. About 50% of the time in on financial matters and the other is spent on Ron Paul information.

I have engaged the "Almighty Google" to do the "leg work" for me. It scans the web news and blogs for about 10 different scans which I have chosen and delivers these via short concise emails into my mailbox. I am currently getting about 15 of these summaries per day. Each one can contain between 1 and 10 separate web links to a story.

A short interruption and explanation. This is how I first discovered "Nolan Charts" and eventually chose to become a writer on this site. Special thanks to Walt for the privilege of so doing.

After receiving these scans I then review each item and read all those which seem to have relevance to each of these issues. I then create a link to each story so selected and store them in files for later use. One for Ron Paul political stories and another for economic stories.

On October 13, 2007 I decided to actively support Ron Paul's campaign for President. There are basically two ways that I can do this. The first is by contribution to his campaign which I have done and am doing and will max out my limit before this work is completed. The second is by lending my experience and knowledge to the campaign via the web, Nolan Chart is but one facet.

The other is by creating a Google communications group. I am very familiar with doing this in the past and have owned several for years. These groups are free to create, join and operate except for the time involved in doing this. So I created a "Ron Paul" group for the purpose of disseminating information which will benefit him.

The obvious are the political articles, but maybe not so obvious are the economic articles. It is my opinion that soon, probably starting around the beginning of 2008, that the economy will become the most important facet of the entire Presidential campaign. The news will not be rosy.

Therefore it will become incumbent upon Ron Paul supports to be "up-to-date" with what is actually happening so that they can communicate the facts with others. This is where my communications group comes into play.

I post each day on the group about 25 articles, comments and even some humor to lighten up the day on the group. On the group a member can just get the emails for their information or if they choose can comment of the articles or even ask questions of other members of the group.

At the current time I am the only active poster to the group but this is always open to any member also. The group has now about 30 members but can expand almost without limit and is of no cost to me or any member. I have belonged to groups like this who have had thousands of members and who posted hundreds of items per day. The limit is only my or your time and or interest.

Yesterday I posted about 30 political articles about Ron Paul to the group. These are only relevant articles both pro and con and no bull is posted here. Anything which is purely ad hominem I ignore completely. Also I don't give a rats behind about any other candidate in the race unless it is important. I don't deal in name calling or make any attempt to defend Ron Paul against ridiculous attacks, I expect his own campaign staff to respond to any legitimate issue. So far the campaign has only issued one reply to Mona Charen via open letter. Good work guys as they are ignoring all the other bull being published.

Because of the volume and potential future volume on my group, there is no way that I can duplicate it all here on Nolan Chart, nor would Walt want such a volume on his site.

But for any of you who may like to save yourself some time, which I am already spending on Ron Paul's behalf, you are all most welcome to investigate and join this group if you think that it would be of value to you.
