Today, I saw this new posting on the LRC blog (with a link to one of Lew Rockwell's previous articles) which I found much value in. An excellent analysis!
Now is the time for libertarians to adhere to genuine libertarian principles. Rockwell's analysis of the LP is right on target in my opinion.

I dunno.... The Republicans and Democrats seem to have accounted for the small numbers of Libertarian voters opposed to them, rendering principled opposition almost irrelevant. Though Ron Paul has made a splash...
I'm not sure if being a self-righteous elite is particularly useful. If the platform sticks to the pinnacle of the Libertarian quadrant, and doesn't pull in the rest of the quadrant, we may lose the opportunity to educate or otherwise help libertarian-leaning folks connect the rest of the dots.
