WORLD VOTES FOR RON PAUL

What Would Happen If Our Elections Were Held Outside The US
by Jim ODonnell

I was so impressed by the effort of this person that for a short time I am taking off my market hat and putting on my political hat. Well maybe I am not so far afield as elections are really just political markets anyway. I should also include that I am a huge supporter of Representative Ron Paul in both the primaries and general election.

What would happen if the primaries and the Presidential election were held in all the countries of the world instead by people of the United States?

Well it just so happens that some person named only as LindaSoG has already provided all the information that is needed. She has recorded 71, 989 votes from countries all over the world from people who have actually voted online for all the various candidates in both political parties. Want to know the results?

Plugging the figures into my trusty spreadsheet here are the results. I will omit to mention any candidate who has received less than 5% of the vote in either a primary or the general election to keep things short.

Republican Primary: Ron Paul wins with 88% of the vote and no other candidate is even over 3%. Total Republican votes: 41,503

Democrat Primary: Barrack Obama wins with 49%, Kucinich 24%, Clinton 12%, Gravel 7% Total Democrat votes: 30, 486

If these votes were applied to the Presidential election then Ron Paul would beat the ENTIRE Democrat field by 51% to 49%.

In One on One matchups in the Presidential election here are the stunning results:

Ron Paul 91% vs Hillary Clinton 9%

Ron Paul 71% vs Barrack Obama 29%

Ron Paul 83% vs Dennis Kucinich 17%

Because she did such fine work I will leave you with her own commentary on the election which she held.

Ron Paul! Ron Paul! Ron Paul!

In case you were wondering who would be elected if the entire world had a say in the election of the President of the United States, well... here's your answer:

As you can see, nearly each and every country throughout the world would vote for Ron Paul if they could. He's leading with 36,629 votes (including mine, which I put as coming from Zimbabwe), Obama is in second place and far behind with only 14,844 votes (including mine, which I put as coming from Armenia).

Now, before you go all "doubting Thomas" on me, well, surely you must be aware that Afghanistanis are diehard Ron Paul supporters, along with Albania, Algeria and Andora; Barbuda, Australia and Austria; Azerbaijan, Bahamas and Bermuda; Brazil, and Cambodia!

Canada is big on Ron Paul baby, and so is the Cayman Islands and Columbia; Costa Rica, Croatia and Cuba. Cyprus loves him, as does the Czech Republic, the Dominican Republic and Ecuador!

Egypt would elect Ron Paul, so would El Savador, Estonia, and the EU too! Fiji and Finland are in Ron's camp.

France is going for Kucinich but no one listens to them anyway!

French Polensia coughed up two votes for Ron Paul, and Germany well, Germany loves Ron Paul, so does Gibraltor, Guam, Guatemala and Guyana! Hungarians are with Ron Paul and so are the Iranians and the Iraqis!

Never mind the fact that Ron Paul wants to cut off their aid and abandon them to their enemies, Israelis still voted for Ron Paul, and hey, whaddya know, so did the Palestinians! Can you see a Ron Paul Presidency causing peace in the Middle East?

Japan and Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, and Korea, Latvia and Lebanaon, even Lichenstein is voting for Ron Paul! Luxenburg, Malasia and Maldives, Malta and Mexico too!

One lonely soul in Micronesia has a Ron Paul sign in his yard, there are three in Moldova and two in Monaco!

Namibia likes Ron Paul, so does the Netherlands, Nicaragua is voting Ron Paul and so is Norway! Pakistan is with Ron Paul, Panama is with Ron Paul, Papua New Guinea and Paraguay; the Phillipines, Poland and Portugal are all with Ron Paul.

Russia is going with Kucinich, but Somoa, San Marino, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles and yes, even Saudi Arabia are going with Ron Paul, as is Sierra Leone and Slovenia, Sri Lanka and the Sudan!

Sweden and Switzerland both love Ron Paul, so does Syria, Tawain and Thailand, Togo, Tunisia and the Ukraine, the UK, Uraguay, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela (look out Hugo Chavez) and Viet Nam.

The Virgin Islands, Wallis and Furtuna Islands, Yemen and Zambia, they're all voting for Ron Paul, so are Zambia and Zimbabwe!

Ron Paul is the President of choice not only for the United States, but for the entire world!

so... there you have it people, might as well surrender to the inevitable, Ron Paul will be the next President of the United States. You know its true, because you read it right here on the internet!

My post at dailypaul.com, sorry if its a little long...

American citizens are earning back the respect of the world

My country the Philippines had been the first annexed by America's foreign policy in 1898. Ever since, our natural resources, timber, gold, copper, labor, were depleted by american industry. and we became a dumping ground for surpluses[we were not allowed to charge tariffs to protect our industries from american products]

Neary a hundred years we had the biggest US Military Installations at Clark and Subic. The runway at Clark Airbase[US 13th airforce] is rumored, could even be used by the Space Shuttle if needed.

Economically, thru the IMF, Worldbank [the federal reserve's international presence], we were forced to obtain loans[money from nothing] for projects like a nuclear reactor built at an earthquake faultline[never used]

Worst of all, we were always "ADVISED" under veiled threat of sanctions--TO DEVALUE OUR CURRENCY-the philippine peso!

Ours is a tragic case.
The colonial policy of America took away all our natural wealth.
They took away our currency, and lowered its value thru blackmail.
They took away our natural wealth, and any other wealth we could ever generate, thru our labor,--for generations to come using debt [AID LOANS].

Now, the IMF and WB keep saying NEED MORE LOANS. Why? Because our peso is soo devalued[by them], we cannot afford to build infrastructure. And they tie it to MORE LOANS that MUST BE USED FOR AMERICAN CORPORATIONS. And if we will not, we are labelled "corrupt", or be given any reason under the sun, to prevent access to needed capital.

------------------------------------------------------
Why am I saying all of this?

It is both a warning and an expression of solidarity.

This is a warning, because if you want to have a picture of yourselves as Americans continuing in the future under the current path--LOOK AT US! Coerced, living in fear, poor, robbed of our dignity, wealth and future.
The Fed/IMF/WB regularly intervene and label the Philippines as the most corrupt in Asia, whenever large American corporate interests are not pleased. Dig deeper in each issue and timing, and you see all the earmarks.

This "corruption" labelling is robbing us FIlipinos of our soul.
I am reminded of the way Ron Paul supporters are tagged "terrorists". Good for all of you, you can, and are fighting back. We, colonial america's foreign subjects cant.

This is also an expression of solidarity.

I TOO FEEL THAT TINGE OF HOPE, SWELLING UP MYSELF, SHEDDING TEARS WITH ALL OF YOU WHILE QUIETLY WATCHING 9000+ MILES AWAY.

I SAW THAT BOSTON TEAPARTY VIDEO ON YOUTUBE.
I NEVER KNEW I WOULD WELL UP UPON SEEING MT RUSHMORE, THE STARS AND STRIPES, AND WHAT IT ALL MEANT.

THE IDEAS OF LIBERTY. THATS WHAT IT WAS ALL ABOUT.
The video, "A New Hope", and "Our Power-Our Responsibility" has an even deeper emotional resonant echo[the ones that first bought tears to me]---That image of a crying soldier with a powerful song in the background "...we are all grieving...lost and bleeding...". That soldier who is cradling a dead Iraqi child must've had all his humanity tested.

YEARS OF LIVING UNDER AMERICAN PRESSURE, MADE ME THINK AMERICA IS A HOMOGENIC EMPIRE.

NOW I REALIZE I AM WRONG.

NOW I KNOW THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE LIKE RON PAUL, AND HIS VERY, HIGHLY RESPECTABLE SUPPORTERS.

I APOLOGIZE NOW TO ALL OF YOU FOR THINKING OF AMERICANS IN A BAD LIGHT.

I now have great respect to America's founding fathers.
I now have great respect for Ron Paul.
I now have great hope for America, and its citizens.

Only now, had I known it for what it really is. And I am proud and happy for my tears are of enlightenment. Now, I share the feeling all of you feel, it must've been the same feeling Ron Paul had over 30years ago, when he started his lonely quest.

Now, I am proud I have it.

We, the foreign subjects of the American empire, see that the empire has now turned on its own citizens to survive.

For what its worth, know that we are cheering you on.
We see what you now see, we feel what you feel.

In behalf of my country, we thank you. You all have given hope to us, as much as Ron Paul.

Senator Alfred Beveridge (R-Indiana)
speech in Congress on January 9, 1900.
. . . [J]ust beyond the Philippines are China's illimitable markets. . . We will not renounce our part in the mission of our race, trustee of God, of the civilization of the world. . . Where shall we turn for consumers of our surplus?. . . China is our natural customer. . . [England, Germany and Russia] have moved nearer to China by securing permanent bases on her borders. The Philippines gives us a base at the door of all the East. . . They [the Filipinos] are a barbarous race, modified by three centuries of contact with a decadent race [the Spanish]. . . It is barely possible that 1,000 men in all the archipelago are capable of self-government in the Anglo-Saxon sense. . . The Declaration [of Independence] applies only to people capable of self-government. How dare any man prostitute this expression of the very elect of self-government peoples to a race of Malay children of barbarism, schooled in Spanish methods and ideas? And you, who say the Declaration applies to all men, how dare you deny its application to the American Indian? And if you deny it to the Indian at home, how dare you grant it to the Malay abroad.

oh, one more thing,

Some countries like the Philippines clump several users into 1 ISP. it is shared, so, if a person in my shared-IP has voted, then I can't vote anymore. Which was my case[i think, because i wasnt able to vote]

Maybe, RP's support is more if not for this. Good luck America

Unless there is major vote fraud, Dr. Paul will win in a huge Reagan-esque landslide. Or unless the evil ones start dropping bombs on Iran and (for our safety) suspend the election.

The above article should read that if the world's internet savy, politically savy, english speaking residents who happen to have browsed a certain website were to be given the only votes available in our election then Ron Paul would win by a landslide.

I love Ron Paul, and unlike naysayers, I do believe he has a chance of winning, but complete delussion like the supposed results of this survey are the result of a deep seeded social problem that all human beings will continue to struggle with.

this is such wonderful news. may the best hope for this planet that America has historically and traditionally represented spread throughout the world. our bombs will certainly not accomplish this. our christian/jewish/muslim/etc love and respect for ourselves and all our fellow human beings will do it. it is so exciting to hear that Israelis of good-will and Palestinians of good-will have finally found common ground in President Ron Paul !!! maybe we will at last "give peace a chance".

Ron Paul is clearly the only person without a skeleton in the closet ,,a true American that is for truth & justice & for the people, this is what the Founding fathers would want every 4 years , this is a president in which can change us back to the strong nation & strong middle class we were in the 1800's that had no debt whatsoever & was the strongest in the world. RON PAUL , KEEP IT UP & THE PEOPLE SHALL GET YOU IN THE WHITE HOUSE WHERE YOU BELONG & WHERE WE NEED SOMEONE WE CAN TRUST TO PROTECT US FROM TYRANNY & TO PROTECT THE BORDERS & PROTECT THE CONSTITUTION AS YOU CONTINUE TO DO !!

GO RON!!!!!!!

Good one "You Know Who"

HA-HA-HA-HA I like humor but unfortunately the CIA has been busy recently put together a new Osama bin Laden audio tape for broacast on Al Jezerra and to fool the American people once again.

Why don't you try Googling-up [ Osama bin Laden dead ] and see what you come up with. Not by nut-jobs but by MSNBC.

Woops, I'm very sorry, MSNBC is a bunch of nut-jobs.

It is very interesting that Russia and France support Kuchinic, while Germany is totally Ron Paul. There must be some explanation for this difference between them...

It is even more interesting that Israel supports Ron Paul , I`m very, very positively surprised, didn`t expect this at all!

(...and btw It was also nice to see Croatia and Serbia finally united for Ron Paul :))

Dear Ingvar:

Although these are not my numbers or election let me guess at some answers to your questions. Both France & Russia are still throughly Socialist countries and Dennis Kuchinic is a very socialistic politician.

Yes, if Ron Paul was President the US would not have bombed the crap out of Serbia over Kosovo and the whole mess could have been avoided.

The other is that both Isreal and the Palestinians both support Ron Paul. I was quite sure that I would die long before any of these guys ever got together on anything.

As I went to LidnaSoG's web site I was supprised to find out that she is a VERY Jewish lady, so that this stuff is not her way of making fun of Isreal.

Dear Jim,

it makes very much sense what you are saying. It seems that Ron Paul is the only canidate who has got the united support of all the nations from both the Middle East and the Balkans , specificaly those nations that usually are never united on anything that concerns American or world politics. It tells a lot...

I really hope American people will ellect Dr. Ron Paul. It would be good for America and good for the world.

Gee "Open Your Eyes"

Aside from the fact that her post was indeed a strange way to "hate" Ron Paul. If in fact that is true, then I hope the New York Times and Washington Post get on the "hating bandwagon" in the same way and publish similiar polls, like "real ones" which show similiar results.

I know all about "pys-ops" and this is not the way to do it because you never leave the impression in the end that what you have done is the truth.

Guess you are the "******* moron" aren't you.
